The porch porch had the ceiling already installed. That makes it hard to know framing locations if you might later want to add ceiling lights, fans, or security cameras. Would there normally have been a previous walk thru exposing the ceiling framing above that porch ?

Hi Ira, hope the arm is getting better. Impressive construction, is insulation on the underside of the roof boards standard in OTOTW? Don't think I have seen that in TV.
