I was just there finishing one of the units. WOW, Kirov Tower by Rockwell.
In fact we have the same door on all units. Even cabinets, sinks, toilet/toilet, kitchen cabinets, etc., walls. she is beautiful. No need to change.
So exquisite impressive condo, I love it! The way beautiful presentor Ms. Julia present it, I love to live in such a breathtaking abode with exciting things to see and the outer views are marvelous. The way the Presello group videograph the whole condo is simply pricelessly made. Thanks for featuring the condo unit! May I ask, how much is it being sold, is it fully furnished? Thank you! Rockwell is an icon..a well sort out after address!! ..that unit is huge and what a view ! The unit looks like an art gallery...art pieces that belong to a gallery. The tour made me feel the coldness, not homey feel.. most of the art giving out negative energy..the unit feels heavy because it's loaded...the refuge is the master bedroom and bath because it has no art. .its relaxing and serene.. less is better to me.. again it's my opinion only.

Ganyan talaga here sa rockwell. Actually same lahat doors namin sa lahat ng units. Even the cabinets, sinks, toilet/restroom, kitchen cabinets etc, walls. Maganda na sya. No need baguhin. Ganyan sila mag turn over ng units. Maganda and high quality

It’s ok. Too many dead wasted space. Especially in the laundry room. For a condo of its size, the laundry room should be huge with added folding table, and lots of storages.

Been watching presello videos and I must she's a mediocre....other real estate agents/videos I watched here in yt are way better in explaining or describing the property they're selling. Julia is just "this is your kithchen" "you have your staff room" "I love this" . Like girl we have eyes we know it's the kitchen or dining room.

Julia, please showcase the condominium not the artworks or interior design. Your missing the point of doing this video. Also, please follow a script. Ur descriptions of the condominium never makes sense… “ oh looks so good, looks so artsy” tell ur audience what makes its luxurious or artsy. Whoever lets u do theses house tours? Julia, let me help you, you mentioned about the large chandelier but u never mentioned the height of the ceiling. LOL!
