I would like to see more of only the high-end price points. I envision the lake being a Miami 2.0 in the very near future, and that would just help perpetuate it. The Ozark Mountains are too beautiful for it not to be very successful.

It’s nothing like that and never will be. Most of the lake towns are extremely poor and Osage beach is very noisy with drunk idiots running around showing off their third grade education. Not too mention Missouri taxes all personal property every year. You’ll pay more on taxes for a boat than the boat cost. And that’s for everything you own. There’s a reason Missouri is called misery. Shame because it’s a beautiful place but it’s over ran with backwards lawmaking, ignorance, sex offenders, and back woods people who hate you for having more than them. What else would you expect from people who call themselves southerners when they don’t even live in the south.
