5' 0"! The pocket rocket. Last round was her weakest until today. Extraordinary last six holes. So happy for her. 素晴らし, すばらし, suberashi.

Furue was so clutch. Made so many huge putts and didn't let anything distract her. That 18th hole was amazing. I wish she could have gotten an Olympic spot. Also great tournament for Tava. Great golf this week. 🤙

The top 5 put on a show today; and finally Araya Furue who has been consistently knocking at the door gets the entrance she deserves.

Congratulations Ayaka Furue. I must say these highlights are in general much better edited than some others. I even saw some drives off the tee. And no missing a medium putt and waiting for the player to slowly walk up to tap in. And not 50% 4 foot putts showing. Still would like to see some of the approach shots which result in close range birdies and perhaps some more different players. But much better. I’m guessing based on the graphics that another party other than the LPGA itself is responsible for the tournament and editing highlights. Well done.
