Ingredients: Condensed Milk Bread Recipe
Here's what we need:
1 Cup fresh milk | 250ml (8 fl oz)
1/4 Cup sweetened condensed milk | 75g (2 1/2 oz)
1 Large Egg
1/4 Cup white sugar (2 oz)
2 Tsp Instant yeast (1/2 oz)
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup softened butter | 50g (2 oz)
3 Cups All-Purpose flour ( (13 oz)
For the Glaze:
50g Softened butter (2 oz)
1 Tbsp Condensed milk / MIX
Egg wash: 1 egg + 1 Tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 180c
Bake for 20 -25 minutes / It depends on your oven

It may not make much difference in this recipe, but it's a good habit to always specify SALTED butter or UNSALTED butter.
