The latest software seems to have broken some of the features. Getting in person support is impossible. HVAC ppl don't know about this system. Is anyone else having these issues?
Is it safe to add steam right above the air handler, as shown here? I thought for proper steam distribution there has to be few feet of uninterrupted flow, even the manual says so.
Almost nowhere in the US are saddle valves allowed for a water supply line.

@@ChicagoSledder I have one in my home, working fine and now almost +20 yrs. old. I am used to, in US technicians following the same stuff which was relevant in 60's. These valves have improved drastically with silicon gaskets instead of rubber. Analogy quite similar to +70% still changing oil every 3000 miles because that was the "thumb rule" 30 yrs ago, irrespective of the technological advancement.
