They do it while it's still curing. Watch the video of them making a latticed section. I want to know what they coat the forms with.

William Storey maybe to insulate the wet mix to slow the cure. Wet Crete and fast dry make weak Crete!

It's sand that avoid the concrete get stick ay the mud when it's fliped.
The concrete mixture didn't mix thoroughly its causes the compressive strength is not uniform.

Aung size of reinforcement rod looks to be 1/4" . The tinsel strength is most important. Like schedule 40 or 90. How much load is to be applied. MORE LOAD HIGHER TINSEL STRENGTH.
