Students from Concordia Lutheran High School of Fort Wayne, IN, dropped by the Capitol today for a tour and did an impromptu test of our acoustics. It was beautiful!

I was singing in this choir, actually just graduated this last year, and I am so happy to see it continually spreading and sharing to more people. Our mission is to spread the word of the Lord and seeing 12k views makes me so happy. God Bless!

I hope you always remember the blessing of being part of the group. I went to a Lutheran College and it has been 50 years since college. I still get weepy when I hear this song.

As a Concordia Student myself, I still sing this after every performance. No matter what director we’re with it always sounds this beautiful.

I know the tenor part by heart. A lot of other people know their parts, too. I hear these wonderful students with my eyes closed, and it's like hearing the angelic choirs in Heaven. Glory to God!

I attended Concordia University in Seward Nebraska from 1974-1978 and was a member of Concordia’s touring A Cappella Choir. The highlight of each concert was encircling the attendees in the pews as we held hands and sang The Lord Bless You And Keep You. It often brought tears to eyes including ours because every night you couldn’t help but be moved. Thank you for this. It’s beautiful and brought back fond memories. 💕

I sang with the Albright College Choir 1984 - 1987. The Lutkin Benediction was always our closing piece. Such memories!

Ah, that sounded so melifluos and glorious. Praise God. However, Martin Luther would say with his God, as Paul also was made to say, “did Luther die for your sins?” “Who am I that you would follow me? Why follow Martin Luther, a man, and become a “Lutheran,” follow Jesus Christ and be a Jesus Christ-ee-an, a Christian. I sang this song my freshman year in Visalia, Cal at Mount Whitney Highschool. It was so wonderful singing with all those people. I felt so blessed. All praise and glory be to The Chosen one, the son of I Am, our God. Amen

We consider ourselves Christian first, Lutheran second. The term Lutheran makes known to other Christians our specific theology and doctrines, ie that we believe in the Bible as 100% the inspired Word of God, we recognize the Sacraments as means of grace, and we believe in salvation by grace through faith, among other core beliefs.
