A two-year project came full circle Tuesday, June 25, with the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Concordia 27 restoration project.
The event was hosted by Near West Side Partners, Inc. , as well as its project partners including CFI, Fruition MKE, SWIM Milwaukee and more. Hundreds of community leaders, members and residents were on-hand to tour and celebrate a community coming together.
Among the leaders in attendance were Senator Tammy Baldwin, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley and Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson.
It was an exciting evening.
