Over the Fall semester, students from Loara HS, Katella HS, and Oxford Academy teamed up for special masterclasses while the world was in lock down due to Covid-19. I had the pleasure of working with these students once a week on Zoom. We spent time on fundamentals, scales, etudes, and finally Concert Piece No. 1 by Brad Edwards. The students recorded themselves at home with a click track and piano accompaniment.
