Dear sir The machine imported from China a laser device produced by you with a power of 3000 watts. Unfortunately, the cutting was not done as required, especially for high thicknesses of 5 mm and above. After entering the settings for the laser device, I found that the power is 1000. Should it be adjusted to 3000 or not? please solve the problem my regards Ahmed Al-Wabel
