They don’t have hang ups because she has been an influence in their lives. Why would anybody be ashamed of her. . . . If they are they aren’t honest with themselves about their emotions ~ they can relate to her because she connects with honesty and emotion. Especially in an over masculine world, Taylor hits the nail on the head for emotionally connecting with her fans.

@Gabrielle Poitras hm idk i usually strum with my thumb instead of a pick and it only buzzes if i don’t press on the frets hard enough, otherwise it’s fine

i was lucky enough to run into Conan on the street whilst he was on tour and I stopped him to tell him how much I loved all his work. he was truly lovely, chatted with me, gave me a hug - even tho I was so star struck! really nice to see someone so talented and genuinely kind :)

I internally screamed when he said "this is my favorite" because this is mine too. After reading R&J and processing its dark meaning about how the lovers were fated to die tragically in the first place, the fact that Taylor wrote it to give them a happy ending really hits different. I love the innocent tone. It's like Romeo and Juliet having their first meeting again in heaven and getting to experience a happy ending when they didn't get to the first time.

So, I could've seen this video 7 months ago, but youtube decides to recommend it to me NOW!?!?
