I've noticed you don't take the repair kits take them and immediately repair your stolen gear.

Great seeing the new areas being explored like a newbie would. Investigate everyting. I look forward to this series continuing.

You have to do the journey steps in the order they are shown. Annoying as it is, it does unlock a few interesting things. I like the improved tanners bench as well as the improved "break down" bench. (I forgot the name of it with my frustration with KZread's keyboard lock!) This is the sixth time I've tried to message you but KZread has a thing against people leaving messages through their cell phones. A lot of the items are garbage but you do get some new weapon types and clothing for completing them all. You can even unlock an orb that acts like a truncheon in an area effect! They are easy enough to craft and work great in crowds.

There was a huge amount of iron ore to the left of where you harvested the coal behind your base and opposite of the look out. But you gave up and went back to your base to place the imp before you even got to it. There is also a lot of iron ore all around gallamans tomb hidden behind the bushes and rocks but you ran past all of them and didn't take the time to slowly look for them. There is 10 iron nodes next gallamans tomb spread out around there.

I do enjoy your videos, the trials of Conan, hope yr PC arrives soon, like to see what mods you choose and use in Conan and Savage Wilds. best of luck in all aspects, cheers from down under, and a Conan Tragic lol

they broke up the building items so you have to learn the topper for roofs lol.

A few days ago I visited Shellback Hollow, ran past all the baddies, then one of them followed me out of the cave and almost half way to Nube River. First time I ever had that happen.

Other people have mentioned something similar happening. I prefer it when enemies chase you for a while - more realistic.

There’s definitely iron in them thar hills! Once you find the nodes, you can make a circuit and go on iron runs.

I seem to remember the area round the Tower of Bats has lots. I was going to get a horse and load it up.

Those boxes in Kurak’s cave often have good early game weapons and tools. Could probably dump the stone stuff. I’ve also had a lot of luck running to Sepermaru and looting the boxes. Just my 2 cents. 😉

Once again you have me in stitches as, running by Narrowneck Span, you say about not finding iron ore at the exact same time as one of the four nodes there is, literally, in shot not 2 foot to the lest of you..... As for the thatch crown for your home, you need to learn the skill then you can do it.....

your first spell is frost bridge so you could have went over there to look at what is in the chest. no stamina needed

There are reasons the journey steps have to be done in order. As you have the choice to do/or not any journey, the system can't guess what you have done. Also, as it is intended as a form of "tutorial" on how to do certain things, the steps are designed to teach a newbie how to. But, you have the fredom to choose them out of order, switch between them at any time, etc.. They also guide you on unlocking knowledge in some sense/order. The only problem I run into is some of them can't progress due to level requirement. But then you just switch to another one and keep leveling up. There should be a setting to show your next journey active step on the top right of your UI.

Loving the videos, but you missed out on some great loot in Kurak's cave. I picked up a steel sickle, perfected steel longsword, and other items that gave my early game a boost in a recent playthrough. You could put a few points in encumbrance and it will help with all the loot. I know it's easy to forget with so much to learn and do in the game. Cheers!

With that armour on, Gaudia reminds me of a female Larn, from the 83' flick, Fire and Ice.

You could use the ice bridge spell to get you across, I do that now

Yes the new journey system needs to be followed step after stem most of the case exceptions if the step says u need to have x, y,, z item they will unlock if u have them already. And every step has a reward u can request. Some of them are heavy but mostly just recipes for things (useful, and decorative alike) so mind the place where u open them. ;)

Early on use those weapon and armor repair kits on your heavy boots and falcata etc.... or any descent early weapons/armor you get, you pretty much get the kits for free and they never get used later on anyways... might as well?!

I keep forgetting about the repair kits. I always figure I'll pick up something better in the next chest. Doesn't always work out...

so if you go into your game settings and click on show journey steps and auto. go to next journey step then you will go in the order that pops up i your upper right hand corner to completed the journey steps to get a small gift at the end of each journey block you complete. I wish I had a mic I would have done a video as well but I depend on you for everything LOL. that is where I learned about the frost bridge that you get once you learn sorcery so you can get the chest on the other side without climbing.

You walked past 4 ore. 2 below narrowneck span one you run right past by the aloe. the other one on the right by the campfire and the bedroll were that exile is sitting. than 2 by that mini boss close by narrowneck span a bit too the east. And then go that small ramp were that miniboss is than Just look on the left and you will find it. Good luck.
