I just tried mine this morning. This is definitely a product that takes patience. You have to make sure hair is from the same height of your head, and that the piece going into the curler is not too big. A piece you'd put through a normal curler should be broken into 2 or 3 pieces with this curler.

Literally was trying to use this and was getting so frustrated bc i was doing it wrong and then i watched your video and now i’m like ohhh bc i finally got it to work. thank you!

Bless you. I just got one for Xmas and completely failed my first time. And after watching this it really helped me!

To all commentors: Read. The. Manual. I mean really, half the comments are asking how to charge it! That's not even manual worthy, that's common sense! Plus, there's a big ol sticker on the bottom telling you that the charger hole is there. Ya find the hole, get the cord that came with it, and plug it in! If you have a used one off eBay or from a friend or something, you can use any micro USB cord. They're all the same essentially. The internet is here 24/7 with all the answers you'll ever need, use it!

It works amazingly ! I keep using it because of how quick and easy it’s made curling. I don’t have to section my hair always either, I’ve started only curling my bottoms and omg I’ll never go back to any other tool. My hair actually got caught yesterday and the machine detected it and released it. So worth it girl !

I seen this Curler on Tik Tok it seems amazing. Definitely want one now lol.

I love this device. My hair is naturally curly, but I want pretty curls in the front and some sides. Works fast and does last me. Works on my kids hair too.

I just used mine and it was great, I did have two scares of my hair getting caught, but I do believe it was because I put too much in. Was able to get it out, and after a bit of using it, it worked great

Still using it a year later, that’s one thing I learned is to put only an inch of hair in and I haven’t had any issues. My curls last for days after too and I just add dry shampoo for volume :)

I just purchased one can’t wait to get mine & try it out 😊

Got mine on Amazon for $35. This video really helped though with how to use it bc the instructions in the box weren't very clear.

The smoke is from product build-up. Conditioner, heat protection sprays, leave in conditioners etc. Just FYI, don't be alarmed from the smoke. It really would take a LOT for your hair to burn off from a curling iron. Like people with severely damaged, over processed hair should avoid heat styling.

I just got mine today and my hair got stuck like 4 times because I was doing it wrong but I just pulled my hair out and it worked 🤷‍♀️

I still don’t know how to change the heat settings or the time settings and my hair keeps getting caught even though I wait for it to stop beeping. I use very small strands of hair so I still don’t understand the problem as you make it look so easy!

Idk if you figured it out yet but if you click setting it’ll move to different things on the screen! So once the temperature starts flashing you just click the “on/off mode button” until it changes to the temperature you want! Also when putting the hair in make sure you’re putting it in at an angle like she does in the video!

Great video! I just got one and have tried it 3 times with my long thick hair and every time I brush it out after I’ve hair sprayed I’m left with just a couple slight waves in my hair instead of curls. Any suggestions?

Try putting hairspray in before you curl your hair, that works for me

If you use hair spray before curling please be sure to use a heat protecting spray. It's very bad for the hair imo to spray before heat, it's more effective if you want your curls to last to let the curl cool while it's still curled in the palm of your hand, and then let it fall when cooled. Spray when done.

I got my hair stuck in that today so definitely if you have frizzy or frizzy ish hair brush it straight

I charge it for 4 hours and the battery last about an hour long

I Got mine 3 data ago and its already broken. The screen is just frozen and i cant turn it on or off

I have a layered and a lot of hair, do you think the battery will last enough?

I love mine, but one day the little screen became very very dim to where it just showed black and only the outside corners would light up when I plugged it in, and it acts like it's dead, but it just won't properly charge. I tried turning it on quite a few times but it would beep like it would regularly turn on, but it immediately shut off

When I got mine the part where it says C for cel or F for Fahrenheit, it showed an E and wouldn’t heat up. It was charged all the way but wouldn’t work. Do you know how to fix it?

E usually means error on electronics like this, I would contact Conair for sure! (It may mention what the E means in the manual) If you don't know how to contact a company like this, it's easy, go to their website, and find the contact us section or customer support/help section may have a message form to fill out or an email to get a hold of. If that fails, try their Facebook messenger. Anytime I have an issue like that, the company is super awesome and I usually get sent another one.

Some machinery have their malfunctions. That’s why there’s usually warranty on some products. Return/exchange if you can.

Tried a different model two years ago. Used it for over two years with no problems….then…it caught my hair….had to break the curler to get my DAMAGED hair out. My hair finally grew back and decided to try this model. It has been two years and thought maybe the design was improved…so like an idiot, I tried AGAIN. Same thing happened. At least this time I got the hair out without completely having to cut it off. DO NOT BUY THESE TYPE OF CURLERS…

Just because you have a bad experience with something doesn’t mean others will. You probably put in way too much hair. Also there’s an option for it to reverse if it gets caught

My hair absolutely doesn’t curl and I got one of those for Christmas and I tried it today and my hair got caught but I’m gonna try again

Hey guys, just to share I had the same issue with it getting stuck and it's because I held it a bit too far horizontally. That make a big difference. I was curling like a pro after getting the hang of it. Research, research!

It comes with a cord, you just need a box or usb outlet and it’ll take 4 hours to charge

it depends on your hair. like if your hair hold curl well then it could easily last the whole day (using some kind of hairspray too). my hair usually lasts around 5 hours :)

I would say Dyson is probably the cream of the crop when it comes to hair tools but I've never used one personally. This tool works pretty good for what it is though, just takes some getting used to. If you're interested I just saw Dyson has a sale for their auto curler, it's only $99 instead of $400! 😅 I got my unbound one for $20 on eBay buddy. 😎

I had it and did not like it...the battery does not last and it does not work well for long hair since the wand is short

Unlike you I have extremely thick layered hair. It still works awesome however you’re you’re gonna need to brush it down and use some products in order to not end up with hair out to there!
