Running seems so effortless for the reigning Comrades Marathon men's champion Tete Dijana.
The residents of Mahikeng in the North West province ran competitively at school level despite financial challenges. Forced to find a job after school, running fell by the wayside. But, his unwavering dedication and sheer determination to succeed have paid off. He won this year's Comrades in a new record time of 5 hours, 13 minutes and 58 seconds.
