We can do this. But we have set big Heat Sink for Mosfets. Otherwise it will spoil. That is very much important. I have done this. Working fine.

Very good useful vedieos It ups was battery voltage 12v but ups charging amps very low only 2A to3A so charging hours high and power cut ups output voltage 200v so not for heavy load support

Hi I tried this and noticied that the transformer inside the ups is getting over heated after using for about 2 hours and ups gets shutdown. So I think since computer ups is desigened to support only for 30 minutes backup they have not included cooling fan ie transfomer will work only for 30 minutes to convert dc to AC from battery during power failure... when power is there transformer will not heat much as it charges the battery @ regular intervals not all the time.. So i think transformer will get burn out soon.. so do we need additional cooling fan to solve this?

Designed for 30 min backup only for more backup must be metal Container. It will melt during long backup and charge more time it takes transformer will burnt 🔥.

12V DC ok but what about Amp , this type of ups is not suitable to charge more than 14 ah battery , if it charge it will take more time and also damage the ups circuit board , plan is ok but you need to charge the battery seperately then connect ups it will work safely , (and also try 7ah to 80 ah battery only) i use the same formula working fine ,and don't forget to ad extra fan for cooling ups board it will give more life
