Sir is it not necessary to mention sub sections of 230..lyk 230(1) is for application ,,230(3) for notice..etc

Sir, in cs professional old syllabus module, judicial interpretation of mergers and amalgamations are mentioned on page 41.. are we expected to remember the name of the cases as well or just the jist of the case for solving practical questions.
