Sir SEBI has discontinued the physical transfer of shares and also SH 4. Are we supposed to mention about the physical transfer of shares and SH4 in exams?

Sir plz plz plz 🙏 do consider in coming last class of CAA... 3 provisions r still left in sec 236, it's a request sir 🙏, plz cover ~ a) Group of person acquire 90% majority of ESC of Co., by virtue of amalgamation, share exchange. b) if minority doesn't accept offer nd 1yr time lapsed then what happen.. why they will be delisted. c) Situations when SH's holding 75% or more S.holding reach at point for transfer at higher price समझ नही आ रहा । I read it many times
