A few months back I thought there is nothing more for you to talk about finance sir but you come up with such intricate interesting topics which we discuss over a cup of tea! Brilliant. You have a wonderful articulation skill! Am a fan now!
அற்புதமாக எளிமையாக அனைவருக்கும் புரியும்படியான விளக்கும் 😍😍😍🥰🥰
Sir, my Weekeds always begins with your Financial advice😀 Thank you so much!
Just wow.. never seen this explanation and difference about compounding and compound interest.. Every one : "there is no compounding effect in Stock market" Investment insights : "compounding is there but it may be positive or negative"
Genius explaining 🫡🧠
As usual very usual and humorous speed. Thank you sir!!!
Ultimate humor with good explanation as always. Thanks a lot Vijay
Thanks Vijay Mohan. You have cleared my confusion. Vera level explanation 😃.
You have slowly grown from 10 mins to almost absorbing for 60 mins in a day, Vijay ji! Thanks for the every interesting content. It would be great if you could share methods to value stocks - assess it's fundamental strength, understand whether it is below or above fair price and make a decision to invest or not. This sort of guidance is something I find missing in these platforms. This kind of mentorship is something I would even pay to get exposure to, that's how valuable I find it.
Vanakkam Sir.. was waiting for your video.. very good simplified explanation.. would love to see more of your videos..
Sir, I remember that I was questioning Compounding concept in Funds investment in one of your old videos. Thanks for taking my point seriously and addressing it. However I agree that "Soru thaan Mukkiyam". Thanks again

Thankyou sir...I asked this question to you 15 days ago... now you came up with the video 👍... another thing I recognised was we are using rule of 72 to calculate the years for doubling in mutual funds...I believe rule of 72 is derived from compounding...so obviously there should be a compound effect in index/mutual funds...
@InvestmentInsightsTamil
2 жыл бұрын
Rule of 72 is a shortcut to calculate how long it would take for any investment to double - not specifically for Mutual Funds.

Thank you for the Video of the Valuation of stocks with TESLA example. Very very insightful. It's a great pleasure to see we are being heard.
Thanks for the contents as always ! Request you to do one for stocks splitting and what does it mean for already invested or new investors ?
@InvestmentInsightsTamil
2 жыл бұрын
Stock split means nothing to the business. It remains the same. Just every share holder will get the multiples of shares depending on the split amount. And the share price gets adjusted for that multiple. A company does that to make it more convenient for trading as the traded price will be lesser.. so as investors, what do we gain from split? Nothing really. But there is a small gain from share price rise because of the split announcement. That is all.
@avinashs6306

@@InvestmentInsightsTamil Thanks a lot !
@avinashs6306

Also, is there any chance in future, that we might get relatively more gains just because we were holding it already before splitting ? In other words, will splitting might give more gains in future ?
@aditya9ization
2 жыл бұрын
For every increase in price of stock after split can be equated to increase in price before split ? If that's the case are we not getting good returns relatively after split because now we are holding more units ? Isn't ? Because it has always been the more units you hold , the more you enjoy the price rise right ? This is the point in contention to be precise.
@InvestmentInsightsTamil
2 жыл бұрын
@@avinashs6306 Never buy a stock for its short term appreciation potential as investment. You can do that as part of trading, but not as investment. When we buy stock for long term investment, these rises from split do not matter at all.
Hi Vijay As equity is better suited for a long term investment could you please suggest a better investment plan for a tenure of 3 years or less. Is there any other reliable and better option available other than bank fixed deposit
Thanks for the video Is there difference in the final compound interest at 10 years in the following two scenarios (1) one lakhs invested in a single index fund (2) twenty five thousand invested in four different index fund(total one lakh)
@InvestmentInsightsTamil
2 жыл бұрын
No. Both the scenarios will end up with same number if the returns are same.
Climax conclusion unexpected 😂
