Maam agr composition of arbitral tribul pr question aata h to hum 10 to 15 m section 11 ko ese hi jaise apne smjhya detailed vaise likh skte hai .. along witg relevant case law .

If there is arbitration clauses to appointment of Arbitrator and Arbitrator appointed by appointing authority which is not acceptable to any party than what is the procedure to appoint Arbitrator.

If some procedure is given in arbitration clause, then the Court has to enforce that procedure only, and if not satisfied aggrieved party can challenge under section 12
