Thanks so much for doing these videos, very insightful & interesting. Your presentation is wonderful, very clear & concise. After years of doing this type of work, you sometimes think, there can’t be anything else to learn - but how wrong we are!! Every manufacturers course I’ve even been on over the last 44 years, you never fail to come away with a wee nugget of gold - that little tip or trick that makes it all worthwhile👍 Anyone wanting to get into Boiler Servicing, maintenance & repair I can only advise you to go on every boiler manufacturers course you can. Baxi’s 3 Day course has had wonderful reviews in the Trade & is very withwhile. Thanks again.

Thanks to the Baxi team for all these learning videos they're really helpful. I've been a WAI for the last ten years but I've lost complete faith in Worcester there boilers are low build quality when compared to alternative boilers available they are also well over priced, they seem to be more interested in competing against their WAIs on installs rather than supporting them (BOXT). So I'm happy to say I'm moving my business over to Baxi your boiler quality seems to be fantastic plus your loyalty and help to gas engineers have really impressed me, I'm hoping to go on one of your Baxi courses and become registered. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Good morning First of all, I would like to thank you for the ease of transmission you have. I have been dealing with gas burners for four years and you have helped me a lot with what you have said. I'm an electronics guy working on electronic board repairs of burners and I came across you by accident. I would like to ask about the exhaust fan which is adjustable speed if we apply voltage to the main windings what do we need to give to make the fan work. Again you thanks for the so important help you gave me.I hope you upload some video about the boards how we can control Ilias Arvanitakis Electronic on gas boards
