I saw Elton play live when he was touring this album. He started the concert with this, Dry ice smoke and lights. He wore a black jumpsuit with flourescent balls attached to him by wire. The balls bounced across the blackened stage. It was jaw droppingly good.

I saw him live, but my seats were so far back that we could see him easier on the moniters they had placed in each section. I would love another chance. I would pay the money to be front and center! I've always said I couldn't pick a favorite band but if I were forced, it might just have to be Elton John! When we were in high school, I don't think there was one kid who didn't say they would have this song played at their funeral, as if we were being original! Haha! Some of my favorites would have to be Razor Face, Indian Sunset, God Save the Criminal, The entire Tumbleweed Connection Album and I could go on! Oh! I remember that show! The Greatest American Hero. Wow! Blast from the past! I love Heart, but Stevie Nicks is my all time favorite female along with Carly Simon and Carole King. Although, if you listen to Mistral Wind by Heart, it changes everything I just said! Yes! Great Quad and Great Reaction! Great job guys!

Pete has the best quads. Stuff I just wouldn’t remember, except for the Elton John. Dog and Butterfly is a great pick ❤ I saw Elton in August or September of 1984, and he was absolutely fabulous.

Thanks STB. Great selection. Starrider is such an awesome track from the first Foreigner album. Remember it very well from the mid-70’s.

Thanks STB. I would have a top 5 of Daniel. Funeral for a Friend. Madman Across the Water. Someone Saved my Life Tonight. Don't Let the Sun go Down on Me. Daniel is the 2nd song I remember hearing ever, as a young boy.

No doubt about Sir Elton John and Lou Graham being fantastic vocalists

I thought it was so funny when I was watching Ted Lasso and Higgins says that for a while in the 1980s when Richmond was partly owned by Freddie Mercury that the song fat bottom girls became their club song. Rebecca asks him that they ever get any trouble for that, and he said only from the flat bottom girls! 🙂 I thought that was a good tribute to Queen and Freddie Mercury. Peace!
