Always great to watch someone who knows what he's talking about and who loves his job. You understand your customers. You don't push them. You guide them.

I was stunned to see that Palmer Johnson, where I would send 2-3 of our students every summer when I was in charge of my Dept's internships, made such masterpieces. ( I was a professor of Naval Architecture at the U of Michigan for 38 years). THis yacht is stunning, especially the exterior. It is probably outside my means, although no price is given. It is fairly large too. I am not a fan of the interior light woods, but overall, this is a truly beautiful boat.

PALMER JOHNSON are beautiful yachts and when kept properly maintained like KJOS they remain my all-time favorite.

There is no doubt that Palmer Johnson makes stunning yachts and Kjos is no exception. Her interior is just as stunning as her exterior. She is well suited for life in the Med or Caribbean.

She just oozes quality. The decor is modern but subtle and elegant. What a stunning yacht. Thank you David. As enjoyable and thorough as ever.

I love the aesthetic, not too cold like a lot of "modern" interiors. I'm going to bookmark this video because of that aesthetic. I love old classic designs, and I love modern designs, but I wouldn't want something that feels cold & sterile like an operating room. This would be a cool aesthetic for a Upper Peninsula Michigan cabin.

I remember this yacht. The owner had a guest book that told the story of the name of the boat. It was the river he went to with his dad learning to fish amd then he named his dog that who passed away? I think that's it. Beautiful yacht. I love Palmer Johnson yachts because they are always so nicely done up. DB9 and Khalilah being 2 of the most famous in my opinion and typical Palmer Johnson...unique. Didn't the shut down though?

@@jedshafer6873 I don't know who the owner is exactly, I just remember David did a video about this yacht before and spoke about it for the charter channel. Now it's for sale.

Oh, thank God its David! By far the best high-end Yacht tourguide in the world! Nick Aqua is best for modest to large boats, but for large to super/mega, its David - his reviews are presented like restaurants I can't afford to go to.. a real One Of A Kind experience!

Also, the music was very nice in this episode. The music from the Lazzara video really started a trend of odd background music. Gkad it's rectified. It's a little loud though. We want to hear the properly British, melodic, jovial, educational and pensive voice of you David.

I have a Chibson Jimmy Page Les Paul, its got a pretty vaneer maple top and nice vintage faded color. I changed everything but the wood and nut, Gibson pickups, Grover tuners, CTS 500k pots, upgraded wiring and Gibson plastics. It looks and plays awesome. I'm into it for well under $1k

I saw the old video the other day. It looks just as good now as it did then. It’s a beautiful yacht

Palmer Johnson produces visually stunning yachts. If speed is your objective, this is your thoroughbred. However, like a Formula 1 sports car, don’t ask about your mileage per gallon.

Impressive vessel . Interesting choices in art . Really well cared for , with the exception of the silver duct tape on the exhaust stack -that looked a bit sketchy .

Nice little Med run about innit. Very nice indeed. I liked the decor as well, it has owner touches even though it was used for charter. Often charter type yachts can have that non offensive bland interiors. This has individual flair.

Yes - some of that artwork is amazing, it really adds to the interior design.

Such a stunning boat, I hate the upholstery on the the decking, it just doesn’t suit the sleek lines of the yacht.

Also, off topic, is Trinity and Delta Marine stil producing yachts? And I hope you can film a Burger...a larger one for the channel one day. I told a friend recently that many people consider Burger the Rolls-Royce or Bentley of yachts, yet there are very few 'well done' yacht walkthrough videos. Denison recently did M/Y Well Done and that was quite nice, but I never knew Burger made yachts up to 150' or more! Trinity I heard was sold and they were going to start producing yachts again, but the website and reliable online information is quite scarce. A rumor started recently that Delta Marine was sold to an Italian or Chinese firm, then MarineMax (parent company of Northrop&Johnson and Fraser yacht brokers) bought them but I don't believe that. I was excited to see Christensen become a US yacht builder when they moved to Tennessee. I love their yachts too. Maybe you could do a recent update from your video a few years ago about American yacht builders.

She must be a special yacht of she deserved a second video!!!

Simply stunning David, I could cruise all summer in the med and winter in the Bahamas. Nice that the décor is fitting for the yacht, not just a "Hilton" style. BTW your link to the website didn't seem to work for me

I had quit watching your walk throughs due to just flashing pictures all through video gave me headaches lol. This was much better with only a few flashing pictures at the end. She i a beautiful yacht and one someone will snatch up.

I think the rule of thumb is about 10% of the purchase price, so probably in the region of $2m or so i would wager, but of course that would depend on a lot of factors such as how often you intend to use it, where you live, and so forth!

NO NO NO, this one is like over grown motor yacht from the late 80's, just lack of style or charisma, its a home's gay " speed'o " boat, I guess there are clients for that too. This boat says Speed Speed and Speed. TH

Beautiful yacht however the choices of the outdoor fabrics and indoor artwork are design flaws.

Nice boat... Sleek, Nice layout. Horrible Furniture. Atrocious Range at 800Nm. Fuel tanks must be extremely small.. MTU Engines are top of the line, so I doubt they are the problem. If they are it will take about 2 Million or more to refit them... As in Replace them.. plus fuel tank and gens. -- I would not Rebuild them. So base price for this ship is around 10 Million starting point.

Thanks for your comment, but I beg to differ. 800nm at 15 knots is an excellent range. Bare in mind that this is a sports yacht, capable of a top end of 25 knots, so not designed for transatlantic crossings for example. I'm not sure what the range would be if you slowed down to 10 knots, but I would guess it would be well over 1500 nm. The price is €6,500,000 too...so by your calculation an absolute bargain.
