Great Video, A vital piece that I think bears mentioning is the fact that you only need to have your photo signed by someone if you are not providing a valid passport/Brp/Uk issued travel document, or you are not providing a share code as proof of Identity.

But Section B states that if you permitted them to verify your identity with HM you don't need a third party to sign of attest your passport photograph thank you.

Very simple and straightforward. But if you are a BRP holder you will not need to endorse the back of your passport photo and have section 2 filled out.

The DVLA form only covers England , Scotland and Wales, it will not cover Northern Ireland.

No you don’t need to send a return envelope. But it’s useful if you can pay for tracking (that would be first class or signed for). Explain to them when you get to the post office

Thanks for the help I just wanted to know. Firstly, if I don’t have someone to fill out the 2 section can I just leave it blank. Secondly, if I have an invalid Ik passport and I’m using my birth certificate instead can I just send it with this provisional license form in the post. And finally, can I just put the photo on the photo area without the person’s signature? YES. fill part B. if you are providing a BRP, then you have to indicate it in the box provided next to it. Then write the serial numbers of the BRP in the box below it and make sure when submitting the forms, you add your BRP card.

Do I have to send them a brp if I have my share code?

When you submitted your Brp , did they hold your brp for 2-3 months ? Can you help me explain that well or did you get your brp and your application was still processing ?

They held it for a long time then, but the hold-time is shorter now. You will get it before you get your provisional license

As a student, I don’t think you need the share code. Just attach your brp as explained

Following brexit, I don't think there's any extra benefit for using eu passport. You can use anyone you want.

You just need to get the form from where it was posted, fill it and send it back to them. You can always change your address

No you don’t have to. If you check the comment section, you’ll see many people sent their forms without their brp and they got their license

You should be able to do that. Also put your signature and date beside the mistake. You don’t need your NI Letter

Just draw a line across and sign it as error. Then fill the form up and submit. If they require you to fill another, they’ll let you know
