Complete Tutorial for our Handy Carry All Bucket! Made from fabric and a gallon ice cream bucket!

We show you step by step how to turn an ice cream gallon pail into a handy storage bucket! Use the bucket for sewing supplies or anything you want!
-Cards, small games, and game pieces
-Small tools and household supplies
-Office supplies, greeting cards, stamps, and pens
-Scrapbooking supplies
Picnic table helper silverware, napkins, condiments
-Art Supplies for the kids
-Small toys and books
-Candy and snacks - my personal favorite!
-Portable diaper station to carry around the house/yard.
-Make-up/toiletries for home or travel
-Hair supplies to keep in all together
-Kitchen utensils and small items
-It can be your portable junk drawer!
So many different ways to put it to use. Make it using fabric to match its intended use or whatever fabric suits the person who will be using it. Make one for a friend and fill it with small snacks and gifts.

Supply list:
1 ice cream bucket - gallon size (Do what you have to do to obtain...)
3/8 yard of four different fabrics
5/8 yard woven fusible
9" square of soft and stable or similar
thread to match
4-6 buttons and/or safety pins
Not intended for sewing beginners. (But hey, who am I to stop you if you want to try it??)
We have a small supply of buckets at the store, if you are interested and want one, stop in and pick one up! Dan will take any excuse to eat more ice cream!

    Fantastic idea. In New Zealand our ice cream containers aren't this high. Wish they were as i love my ice cream. So i just need to adjust the measurements a little. But the foundation's are the same. Love this video and thanks for posting it.

    Sometimes you can get a 4L catering sized margarine. I used to know someone who worked in hospitality and would get them for me. 😊

    Are you using the rubberized shelf liner under your machine? I have an Elna from the 50’s that has lost its gasket. Would shelf liner work to replace that?

    Yes! Our buckets were 6" tall, 7" wide, 7" deep, and 13" from handle to handle along the rim of the bucket. So, as long as it's a similar size,it should work!
