Oct is good time to visit. Snow shall not be there in city center area but you might find it in Rohtang. This is the best video I seen about manali... I just have to few questions like 1. In may can we get snow activities like sliding, etc.. 2. I have 1.6 years baby... So is it ok to travel to Rohtang with kids of 1.6 years old in mid of may.

1. Mushkil hai but ho bhi sakta hai rohtang mai. You never know. 2. Absolutly possible to take kids. No issues
