Thanks, if you look at the time in the windows taskbar you will laugh a lot 🤣. A lot of people couldn't deal with this traffic mod and I honestly think it's super annoying to not be able to pick your favorite car in a shutoko multiplayer traffic server, when it's full of players.

Thanks for this tutorial brother. Was wondering why the Ai traffic I was loading via Object Inspector wasn't showing in replays. Seems you need the physical drivers on track to do so. FPS has improved also so would definitely recommend this method.

I just started playing AC just yesterday and went through 3 other guides before landing here. Your guide is so in depth and you keep it simple and straight forward i appreciated this so much. This has saved me time and frustration. I do have question!!! The traffic all works perfect but how do I get slightly MORE traffic???? Im not very versed in the content manager/game yet :/

Honestly it doesn't matter, they will all load traffic, as we installed on the video and I advise you to try and play the layout you love. I love Tatsumi so much, that I still haven't tried the OI-PA, I only loaded it to see, if it worked and it was perfect. Btw today it's dropping my guide on how to make dense traffic. I also just now tested it with tons of opponents and oh boy that's better than No Hesi. Dense asf

Not really sure how he adds the script etc as plugin or smth, but yea sadly I haven't dig into hosting my own dedicated online servers.

Thank for this explanation! any Idea, why cars keep getting stuck behind each other all the time? They always seem to spawn in a group of 3-6 cars following the smallest one. Not randomly like on some servers or with original shiabura traffic mod.

Hey, yea it depends on what settings you use and also the cars. I had bad experience with some traffic cars they crash at each other etc. The more cars you put as opponents the more dense the traffic will become, so far it's what I've tested. And a good balance of the speed of the cars helps basically picking good traffic cars that don't zoom too much, 2-3 fast cars max if going 20 cars +

@@exoticmotorsportofficial yeah i just discovered this: i can set grid to manual, apply 10 opponents and then choose from all the cars I want to appear in the traffic. I discovered that I can add for example 10 toyota camrys and one porsche macan and that will determine the amount of how often camrys spawn compared to macans. Played along a little bit and it got better. However, I do not have any traffic on 6 and 9 between Tatsumi and C1 loop for some reason :/ As soon as i enter highway 6, cars starts spawning at tatsumi PA parking lot and just drive around it. Thanks anyway

But I think maybe try the other layouts of the track who knows it might work with how the guy setup the thingies. the hints file in data doesn't need to be touched, these are hints made by the creator who recorded the splines and different layouts aka restricted, less restricted. AI hints guide the traffic ai cars to know what to do and where to drive depending on which ones you use 🙂 Glad you like the video, this is part 1 of the trilogy, make sure to go to my guide playlist on the channel and check the Dense Traffic guide, I cover what setting does what and the new ai behavior file to make your traffic denser and mess with settings. On Ultimate Traffic Guide I cover and debunk the 3rd lane illusion and how I strategy and setup my traffic for best density.

Hey brother, that means the layout of heiwajime is missing, I'd advise you to hop on my discord server and under downloads track I shared my own SRP track. Do NOT drag & drop it. Delete your SRP, then download my folder and install manually . Don't worry we will help if you are on the discord :)

Unfortunately no. I do understand what you mean. The only way this to work is with new AI spline lines to be created.

I'm struggling to have much population in the third lane. I know the point is that they'll only use it to overtake but even with a decent mix of higher HP vehicles I'm essentially getting 2 lane traffic with a rare occurrence of someone jutting out into the almost always clear third lane. Is their a way to get a more consistent population spread?

Hey brother, not sure about the yellow flag exactly what do you mean. If vehicles get spawned on the road and they do not move, basically I believe they got damaged, also it was explained somewhere literally I remember on top of my head that, if you let cars spawn too aka in settings, they might start to try and spawn on top of each other and damage each one. So basically multiple cars tried to spawn at the same spot due to maybe settings being set too close in terms of range and they damaged each other, so the AI couldn't drive the car, as it got damaged. I think you can turn off the damage at full, if you'd like that to go away or you can edit the spawn range. Hey brother, I just tested, but as I advised on my last video. The Overload layout doesn't work with the AI. Hey brother, I'd say at this point, if you used the less restricted, you need to pick the cars very carefully as I showed in the beggining. I have mainly slow cars a few fast and maybe some mediocre. Also I use "Auto" for behaviour. Still, if nothing works I posted on my discord a link with my own SRP folder with everything installed. Also check my dense traffic guide after this one to see how to get very very dense traffic. But first fix this one! Hope you enjoy my guides or driving vids!

sup mate that means something is not ok with the spline lines, but also give it time to load, if nothing happens. Double check all the layouts step by step, if everything is fine.

copy paste into the AI folders of track layouts.

I did everything but the oi-pa part, and when I want to play it says Most likely, track won’t work with selected mode: tag “circuit” is missing. Are you sure you want to continue? and if I continue its freezes while loading.

restricted is ONLY 2 lane traffic, so that is why I advised to use less-restricted it will allow overtaking on the 3rd lane and that is what will cause the illusion that 3rd lane is there, but they do not spawn in 3rd lane, they only overtake. I cover a lot on my ultimate traffic guide about this.

@@cvetygaming5323 traffic is very confusing at first, but once you learn it, it's very easy it just takes time to play with it, picking the right cars having good difference in horse power, then playing with traffic settings strength aggression spacing between them to make them overtake a lot etc. AI spline lines are needed so the traffic knows where to go and hints are needed so the traffic knows what to do, that's why you have less restricted and restricted etc, basically the hints navigate the traffic which path to take and stay on.

Hi, i tried to use this method to install dense traffic but it dosen't work for some reason. When i select shibaura pa for example, i press play and it says circuit is missing, if i choose to continue and fix it or only continue, either way, the game freezes in the loading screen. Any ideas for a fix?

Hi mate, so Ideal Line, if I'm not mistaken the shortcut for it was either ctrl + 1 or ctrl + i, BUT if you want to keep it off 100% you need to go to Content Manager - > Drive -> Tyre Blankets (on the side are 3 dots) click the 3 dots -> Remove the Tick from "Ideal Line"

if its stuck its not loading at all, you gotta double check and try again. A lot of people complain about this, I'm burned out explaining it everyday, just look through the comments.

if you have installed shutoko revival project by drag and drop in content manager it can very likely be damaged itself, I mean the track. Try wiping the whole track folder and install manually, I have a video on how to install mods properly cars tracks apps etc.

How can I revert this ? Idk what I did wrong but everytime I try to launch srp now it either freezes or my game crashes

Hey brother, I've sent a link on my discord channel with the traffic everything installed perfectly literally my SRP folder and I will be making faq channel. The reason why cars might not overtake each other is due to similar speed, you need good variety of cars. Hop on my discord 🙂

how i can hand the car like that in Shutoko servers online i sow too much players doing this and when i try to do that the car just oversteer or understeer whatever i try to tune and with or without assist tc and abs >>> driving on ice with low grip or no grip ... no manoeuvrability or even close to RL

you mean drift in traffic? You just need a drift car or I saw cars that are supposed to be street but prrvy and pushin p put cheater physics. But in general we were only 2 drifring in traffic me and ACslider, you can see at mission impossible EP 2 drift in traffic video. I hope you speak about that.

@@exoticmotorsportofficial drifting in traffic is so funny and good challenge but as you know in traffic servers there is few cars and they almost has the same physics so when i see someone drift with any car i pick it to try doing the same but i can't get the same power and angle so i think as you said they maybe use another physics but they just say turn of the TC traction control and i already don't use TC and even abs >>> if there is anyway to use my physics on any car or any server i wish you can make a vid about it if you know

@@adrenaline_1015 a lot of players are on controller and they do weird shitty wingy wanga left right almost on same spot, howerver you can do slip angle drift like in racing or touge racing that usually is what you can maximum achieve and stay in control of the car, as they are mostly street car, so when you turn of TC and ABS the car will be able to slide a bit and you can hold some degree of control over it.

I did what you said and why is the right lane empty when I start the game from tatsumi

Whatever track you install traffic on. The ones you didn't install traffic won't work ofc. Watch the video I explain a lot in case you skipped some part.

I did copy paste only for one map. (Tatsumi) But I did everything correctly. But my car bots just staying in the pit and I can't fix it. And there's no spawning in the way. Could you help me?

ofc brother, there are 2 reasons for this, if you really placed the pitlanes, then leaves only 1 option. Have you edited the "walking out" extension file, because if that is enabled to 1, it will make bots stay in pits. It's located in assettocorsa -> extensions -> config -> walking_out.ini is the file if im not mistaken. Open it with Notepad and check if it is Enabled = 1, if it's set to 1 make it 0. Next up might be bots driving ultra slow is if your bot aggression or strength is set to 0%. You are always welcome in our friendly discord server for help and chit chat :)

Hey mate this is only for single player, however as far as I know, as long as you have the AI Spline Lines, which are in this video with link. You should be able to setup your own AI server, but I haven't dig enough on doing that, I only have so much time to keep posting videos. Right lane is for overtaking and often AI can spawn there right away too. Make sure you are using the "less restricted fast lanes" and pick a good traffic cars for the opponents kinda a realistic mix of cars a lot of slow casual traffic cars, then max 2-3-4 fast cars

Hey mate! Make sure to check, if you use the less restricted fastlanes, also the car combination that you use for traffic has to mimic realistic, slow cars fast cars and use "shuffle behaviour: Auto" once you get this, you can check my dense traffic tutorial.

Hey brother, I'd strongly advise you to install csp and shutoko revival project track manually, also put 1 opponent first as test, if you can handle the traffic. Its old video and I showed installation via CM of the shutoko track which is not gud.

When i wanna start the game it says Layout oi_pa for the track SRP is missing even tho i got the layout

yea brother, two reasons. 1. Walkout.ini is turned on to 1, to know how to disable it watch my showroom guide. 2. You can be missing "pitlanes" files. So could be a quick mistake when installing. 🙂

you have to use track day and add opponents, aka traffic works either with traffic planner aka 2real or what I show in the video is "AI flood" which works with opponents aka the normal AC racing opponents, as I explained they work, if you have the AI splines that the AI follows, just add more opponents in track day mode and it will increase not only your traffic density, but also variety of cars. To make the AI use different cars, just change the car of the opponent, like when you add opponent you choose a car for him right.@@earthexplorer579

Because you have no tracks brother 🤣 Jokes aside, you really either don't have any tracks installed as mods or not sure verify game through steam. My advice will be check my download links in description and download the Shutoko Revival Project track and install it following my How to install shutoko revival project guide it is under my channel, you can look up the playlist in the channel guides updates fixes.

Hey brother are you sure you are in the Assetto Corsa root directory that is located in steam not in Documents? You should have minimum the Kunos tracks that you get with the game.
