Excellent. You've just given me a whole bunch of reasons to do another Skyrim playthrough. For me still the best game ever made.

To anyone wondering: if you have upgraded your game to 1.6.640, you will need Detection Meter NG instead of the regular detection meter mod. Also, DAR hasn't been updated yet (not even to AE afaik),so you won't be able to use some of these animations in the video either.

@@Sloth81194 There's a downgrade patcher on nexusmods. There's two, actually. One to downgrade it to 1.6.353 and one to downgrade it to pre-AE (if you want that).

hey does someone know how to run skse in 21:9 just changing the stats in the skyrim Prefs worked to launch the ultrawide version in vanilla but moddet does not work

The sneak idle and run and some animations such as thrust does not work. How do you fix it?

I would love a mod that causes enemies to become scared after you sneak kill one of their teammates. I mean assassins are meant tomuse fear as a weapon. Make it work like the illusion fear spell, it would feel amazing. Also want the damage limited max damage x2. Anything else is ridiculous. I hate all the perks that just say do more damage. I want it to do something.

A very simple way of making that work would be to make a mod that auto casts an aoe fear spell everytime you sneak kill an npc. I mean, that sounds simple, but I know nothing about modding so maybe not.

Do we know how well these stealth animation mods would work alongside combat mods? Specifically ones that give dark souls like combat. Very new to the modding scene and atm unable to get into, so trying to get a list of mods to install... I have zero idea what I'm doing. :)

The only one that may have issues is combat gameplay overhaul, last time I used it had its own melee weapon animations. But elder souls and stuff works with whatever animations you want

Does anyone know where I can get a good reverses dagger mod like the one in the video?? The one in the vid doesn’t seem to work. DAR and SKSE are up to date and I tried all the available downloads on the nexus page, but it still played the vanilla animations.

Think book of shadows could be in Xbox or nah?

Unfortunately I'm unable to have those sneak thrust animations working from the Vanargand Animations. I'm currently using verison 1.4.3 of ADXP (Yes, I know it's old and just got back into skyrim again lol). What version of ADXP are you using and how did you end up getting the sneak thrust animations to work for you?

I use the latest MCO but the thrust sneak attacks shouldn't be affected by it

@@SoftGamingOfficial I ended up using the 1.6.6 version of MCO (I think that's the latest version I'm using from Skyrimguilds) and the thrust attack now works! But the now the problem is the regular power attacks for the right hand dagger/sword don't work at all and the thrust attack and regular power attacks don't work at all either when duel wielding. Any suggestions for this?

it is, se is pretty stable and there are tons of engine fixes which pretty much are the first mods people download.

Do you have a mod manager? If not you should either vortex or mod organizer 2 (MO2) they are the most popular.

@@adamrobinson193 for sure haha but that's the first step. The first things you would want to install would be the less exciting ones like the unofficial patch, SKSE, powerofthree tweaks, engine fixes, display tweaks and skyUI etc... most of those can be found on nexusmods

book of shadows is a bad mod, dont install this , game breaking (people who you take down they wont talk later on they get a permenant bug) animations doesnt work for smoke bomb theres no button for put the mask on or off the animation doesnt event work, just dont bother installing this horrible mod.
