Please explain the process of the product mock ups when you first start selling on Etsy. If I stand correct, once I connect my Etsy store I would choose one mock up from Printify then I may proceed to use others from another source. Correct?

Hi! That's up to you as the merchant how you'd like your customers to pay for shipping. If you'd like to offer them free shipping, then you'd include the shipping cost into your retail price. If you'd like for your customer to pay for shipping, you would not include it in your retail price. I thought the pop up shop means I don’t pay for the order ahead of time, you directly change the customer, and I just get the profit? So do I set the price on a pop up, and I have to add the shipping cost, and know what that’s cost will be? Am I guessing a flat rate?

Hi there! We suggest downloading a design template for that product, which you can usually find in the product creator under the information or 'i' icon. You can then apply that template in your design program where you can then resize your image to the correct dimensions.

Can you use mockups from ESTY or mockups you create on the pop up store.

Yes you can! Just make sure they realistically represent the product, otherwise Etsy might think the mockups are fake.

If we hire a vendor to handle fulfillment, I thought customer service was handled by them, no? If the customer has a problem where do they call? If you are running your shop through Printify or Etsy who can help with this and then don't we put their number on the shop page? Where can we put this information. On the Printify popup shop page I don't see a place to put this. Is there a video that specifically discusses customer service?

Hi there! Etsy customers experiencing issues with an order will contact you first. It will then be your responsibility to look into the issue by contacting our merchant support team. However for Printify Pop Up stores, Printify will take care of customer support for you. In case of any questions or issues, your customers can access help articles and get support via email.

Yes. I know of one person who said if someone purchases, say 2 T-shirts and one is sent from another print provider, the print and tshirt texture can differ. For this reason I don’t do order routing. Also, I’m in UK and I am aware that a print provider that had stock of a colour tee, that was out of stock, was in US. So not sure if that would be cost effective shipping for UK customers.
