Select an objective that matches your goal for the Ad. I don’t know your goal, you alone can decide what your goal is.

You’re the one who will decide on which account to run the ad from. You can run an Ad for 1 day, but I can only wonder the type of result you expect to get from a 1 day advert.

Yes if your Facebook page and account is linked to your Instagram account. Then also allow your ads to show on Instagram while running the ads.

Stop making things dificult for yourself. Setup your ads using a laptop. If you don’t have a laptop for now, use your friend’s laptop, setup the ad, then monitor performance from your phone using the Meta Ads Manager app.

Every account has Facebook as its base. If your Ad account is restricted, you’ll have to appeal it for the restriction to be lifted. If the Ad account is banned, get a new one or buy.
