Yeah! I know some people use their car more than others, have little kids, pets and have to carry or haul a lot of stuff, but this level of dirt is unhealthy. I keep my car very clean, especially interiors. For exterior I get a periodic wash to keep it normally clean.

Yea, I worked at 2 used car dealerships when I was in high school. The first one, held me to this kind of detailing standard, which was great! Now when I look at used cars on a car lot, its just vacuumed and "interior dressing" slathered all over the place. My wife and I bought a new Tahoe a year or so ago, and we started looking at their used options first, and I about slid off the damn seat because of all the crap they put on it. It ruined the car for me... I told the sales guy that and he was just like, yea, ok...

I’ve never brought the old truck to a detailer! I’ve always just vacuumed it out and wiped it down. But I’m slowly trying to learn how to really detail it! After this video I’m eating and having some coffee then actually starting the deep clean for it! Lol we worked on my husbands car last week and it’s awesome. This weekend it’s my cars turn. I already scrubbed the rims last night, they had YEARS of build up on them. It was so bad. I’m so happy I was able to make them look so much nicer.

I bought a smokers car about a year ago and tried detailing it myself with a handheld extractor. WOW! After a couple passes on just the passenger seat, I realized I could not spend hours upon hours to clean the cigarette stained fabric. After a mobile detailer came out to clean it, and run the ozone machine, I still could smell the smoke for several months after. Even had to run the ozone machine through it again for a couple more hours months later. I have so much respect for the work you do, especially in the stinky and crazy messy vehicles!!!!
