Roi depend on investment the calculation is based on minimum and after dedicating all expenses

As per RTA (Dubai/Sharjah), you can use 6 yrs from it's manufacture date. So, if you buy 2021 model, you can use upto 2027. YOU MENTIONED ONLY 3 YRS WHICH IS WRONG.

By law you can drive car upto 5 years but for the continuing of the car the condition of the car is the priority. And we are sharing our feasibility.

Shafayy brother your calculation is bit confusing because first you said ROI will be min 6 to 8 percentage monthly after deduct all expenses. 47000 per year is not correct.

​@@MianshafayyBhai 7000 per month means 84000 per year not 47000. 84000 minus all expenses you calculate including car maintenance, registration, insurance etc per year is 13220 AED. So 84000 - 13220= 70780 AED which is 5.98% of 100000aed per month. Is it correct please confirm?
