Excellent effort. I think the inlet pipe on the base of the oil radiator increases pressure on the oil pump. The oil pump was not designed for extra pressure. Please consider placing the inlet pipe at the top of the radiator so that extra pressure on the oil pump can be reduced. Very well done. The world has progressed due to the efforts of people like you. 👍

The topic of Engine Cooling Kit is covered well from all angles. It is always good to hear a logical talk on the mechanical subject. I have no relations with these gentlemen or affiliation with the producer of the kit. In my opinion, this kit will make the bike run at optimal temperatures there by keeping the temperature of the engine oil in limits. This will HELP keep the viscosity of the oil close to its SAE number. As you all know high temperature will reduce the viscosity (makes the oil thin) and under load will produce more internal friction. Where as, low temperature will keep oil viscosity high therefore more rolling resistance for the internal parts of the engine. In short, both high and low temperatures are bad for the life of the engine. This Kit will increase the engine life, hence less break downs and repairs. 1: I will go with the suggestion of ELT in Pakistan to feed the oil from the top and make good use of the gravity feed. This will reduce the load on the oil pump. 2: To increase the safety against oil leak from the radiator (stone hit/physical damage) stop cocks may be introduced at outlet/inlet from the engine end. 3: To increase air flow at the radiator, plastic fan shrouds (just like automobiles) should be installed. 4: Idea of SOLENOID VALVE is good but may increase the kit price. In the end I would say “BE PAKISTANI BUY PAKISTANI” and please do encourage the gentleman who made this kit.

Sir, you are cooling down the oil which is going to CAM only. It's not cooling down the oil going to Piston, piston cylinder, Crank, Gears, Clutch Plates. Although this oil is eventually add to oil sump, and mix with other oil, but effect of cooling Down will be less/low.

گاڑی والے ریڈی ایٹر میں ہم پانی ڈالتے ہیں ۔اس لیے اسمیں سکیلینگ ( مٹی کی تہہ )بنتی ہے جوکہ پانی میں ایک عنصرجوکہ گرم ہونے سے سخت ہوکے جمتا ہے کیوجہ سے بنتی ہے ۔۔جبکہ ائل میں خصوصاً سینتیٹھک ائل کا فارمولا ایسی چیزوں کو جمنے نہیں دیتا ۔

بھائی جان اسمیں الریڈی ٹھنڈا کرنے والا پنکھا لگا ہوتا ہے ۔کک ( رسی ) جسمیں واپس فولڈ ہوتی ہے ۔ادھر لگا ہوتا ہے ۔بجلی والے موٹر ٹائب کا ۔اگر اگے سے رسی ( کک) والا کور( فرنٹ سے پوری باڈی جو انجن کو کور کرتی ہے وہ ) نہیں اتارا ہو ۔کک والی باڈی کو فرنٹ سے 3 کابلے کھول کے سنٹر میں پنکھا نظر اتا ہے وہی ہوتا ہے ۔اسکو ٹھنڈا کرنے کے لیے۔اور دوسرا اپ والے جنریٹر میں ائل پمپ نہیں ہوتا ۔ایر پریشر کے ذریعے ائل کو انجن میں پھیلایا جاتا ہے ۔

Ap nay theak ka hay wo copper ka radiator hota hay. Lakin us ka result Acha nahe hota. Issi liay ab new rediators aluminium kay hotay hayn. Aluminium kay radiators ka result bohat Acha hota hay

Bhai air cool engine ka oil cool krany say ziyada farq nai parta dosri bat bike k oil pumb is level ki taqat nai hoti k wo pori kit tak proper pump kr sakay please is k jawab den agr ma ghalat ho to

Read the instructions and recommendations given by companies who make air cool engines (not Pakistani) for the best ambient temperature, air flow, air quality and humidity limits. Pushing oil to 6inch height doesn't make any difference and doesn't put extra load on oil pump ( for 70cc only). Other designs for cooling kit doesn't even need to elevate the oil. Misubishi company is adding secondary oil radiators in all its latest vehicles to get maximum out of engines as well as all bike manufacturers r adding oil or water cooling systems in their air cooled engines.

Thanks for comment to remind me. 3000 may to Rickshaw ka radiator bhe nahe milta. Ya kit sasti bhe ban sakti thee Likin us ka koi faida na hota. May nay quality and durability per compromise nahe kia is liay kit ki price ya hay. Sirf Ya complete radiator with fans, frame, cutting and welding mujay 7000 ka para hay.

السلام علیکم اس کٹ کی قیمت بہت زیادہ ہے اگر کسی نے یہ لگوانی ہے تو اس کا طریقہ کار یہ بنا لیں کے صرف کٹ منگوا لیں فین لگے ہوئے ہو بس باقی وہ سرکٹ اور سینسر وغیرہ نا لیں ۔ سرف ایک بٹن لگایں اس کو فین سے کونیکٹ کر دیں جب سکوٹر 4/5کلومیٹر چل جاے تو فین اون کر دیں جب سکوٹر بند کریںگے فین بی بند ہو جاے گا ۔ جب سردیاں ہو گی تو فین بند ہی رہنے دیں سمپل کام ہیے۔ یے سرکٹ اور سینسر وغیرہ ساتھ لینے کی کوی ضرورت نٔی ہے۔اس سے کٹ کی قیمت بی کم ہو جاے گی۔

Thank u for ur comment. Mujay kushi hay ap nay appreciate kia. Quality ko behtar kernay kay liay or dikhnay may achi lagnay kay liay is per kam ho raha hay. Agay bhe hota rahay ga. Components ki price zada nahe hay problem radiator ki price ki hay. Agar may sasta radiator lagta to price 7 say 8 thousand ki hoti Lakin us radiator ka koi faida nahe tha. May nay product quality per compromise nahe kia. Yes price zada hay Lakin yaqeen keryn ya bhe bohat munasib hay.
