Its kinda hard to be meta when there's only 2 units that can proc anomalies in a timely manner. The pet-thingies help but I dont think enough. In the future it probably will be meta, but not now.

Surprised you didn't bring up Discord teams. Physical poping the Discord effect causes some nasty damage.

Assault is more like hybrid with daze, rather than ignoring daze completely like shock anomaly cuz 1. Assault status unique de-buff = faster daze accumulation 2. Assault and physical characters(Piper) just have higher base daze multipliers in their kit when compared to other element anomaly characters (grace)

@@cherrybomb0388 Lucy is a great option so you can enable everyone's passive. No need for a breaker (at least at early game) with this team, since assault does so much damage. nakfrg has a Nekomata guide with a showcase of the team's rotation if you're interested.

Ben BIGGER really does deal a ton of damage even if its just off of his perfect parry. Had him be the MVP of the early rally quests (not entirely sure what the numbers at the quest end screen mean, but he had the glowing thumbs up), even tho he and his sig WEngine underleveled

​@@jeological5394yeah some times he become mvp and i have now idea for what as i invest least on him, clearly anton and koleda should should to more stuff for team. Probably as defensive character he gets points for getting hit, perfect parry and skill attack/parry as him defending team .

I think anomaly Neko seems the most fun and makes a lot of sense considering Neko's enhanced buff into assault activation. That being said, the game refuses to give me piper.

⁠​⁠@@chincrimson3970 ideally teams with 2 anomaly chars to proc their status effect very fast when an enemy has 2 status effects procced, it will trigger disorder and frontload the remaining dot damage from the first status effect. basically 2 status effects at the same time = big damage

Those two little blonde characters are crazy strong, I randomly do ridiculous damage with them in a team with Soldier 11

I went with option Z - none of the above. Running Koleda, Ben and Lucy, which has been working totally fine for me so play Koleda as my primary dps.

If you ever get soilder 11 take out Ben because when u using him with koleda he does that animation thing which you lose out damage and you won't be able to dodge attacks properly

Never really paid attention to Ben's follow up dmg, but its very fun when you get to block a multi hit attack and counter it with his EX skill Simply put, maximum satisfaction 👌

ive been running two supports. ellen soukaku and rina. kinda works since both supports amp dps to high hell and have very very low field time.

big ben has been nice to me, I got lycaon and i just run ben+lyc no 3rd and I just daze everyone quickly and combo w/ the bangboo all the time. It's so consistent.

i'm trying the mono ice team (ellen - lycaon - soukaku), this team imo is very good. Ellen by her self does absurd dmg plus the buffs she get for the other 2 characters she is op af.

Got Grace and Rina from standard banner, and got C6 Anton (and C6 Soukaku) pulling for C2 Ellen. Got my two teams good to go, just gonna use Anby in place of Lycaon.

First time I have ever had to change playback speed to .75 this man speaks so fast haha

Is a disorder team any good like Grace, Sokaku, Ellen? Also has the option to just shock a boss that is resistant to ice. I might have pulled Ellen after lvl 30 with a decked out Grace. Is Ellen, Sokaku, low investment Amby just better?

Same, the only thing stopping me from uninstalling is the fact that I pulled her W Engine on the standard banner also. I pulled that first and thought “Wow never going to use this, thanks” then I did 3 pulls on Ellen and lost to Grace. My emotions are in limbo rn

no one talks about the 20% dmg buff piper gives once she has 20+ stacks of her power buff from getting hits with her skill. between her and lucy they give atk buff and damage buffs if you time the switches correctly

Assault procs also deal good Daze damage so Piper can kinda fill the Stun role in team comps too. I run S11/Lucy/Piper and it grinds.

Not helpful beyond the basics dps/breaker/flex oh and build anby to 30 then dumpster her. Very basic team building, doens't really cover who you slot in as replacment if you don't have certain combos that are being hyped.

as far as im playing grace, she dont really apply shock that fast and the damage itself not that high as assault does.. (grace basic att dont quite have lightning attribute and her skill dont really have damage and shock built-up as EX version.. the normal skill need basic att staking too for passive to active) or i just playing it wrong and have a skill issue kekw

I'm running dog, Billy, Nicole because dog is fucking overpowered and billy/nicole are my favorite characters. Ben's fighting animations are S tier. And save for miyabi, she's literally this universes mei or close as we gunna get.

The gameplay is boring; I lost interest after playing for a few hours. The story is mediocre and not very outstanding. It feels like the story is meant for children, with no depth. All the recommendations now are from commercial promotions, with mindless reviews that are disgusting. The gatcha system have a low cash to game resources ratio, and it's nowhere near as other games like Arknights or pay to play games like Nier series or Elden Ring. The cost of drawing a 5-star/S leve character could buy a top game like elden ring, how do they have the audacity to release such a disgusting monetization system? The gameplay doesn't even compare to their own Genshin Impact, which at least has an open world and a decent story. Initially, they hyped it up as comparable to top games in the market, but now it’s just a disappointment. They said they’d give 180 draws, but only 20 are limited draws, and the rest still require grinding. I just don't understand when did the concept of earning gacha resources through tasks and grinding turned into 'gifting.' If that's the case, doesn’t mean their own Genshin Impact have gifted 1000 draws for free by completing all the achievement and ingame content avaliable? All those are on atop of the pity system being 0.6% and 90 pulls for 1 singular guarantee that could be not the rate up or the character you like. Not to mention again on atop of all of those, there’s the dupes system, which really devalues the gacha and pulling resources thats “gifted”. The grid-based gameplay is even worse, because of the slow TV system, many people are already complaining about it even before the game’s official release and they still did nothing about it. Literally with all those add up It really doesn't compare to most other games on the market.

How viable really is assault dps at the moment? Seen some people singing it's praises like godhood
