Want to apply for Summer 2022 but Uniassist does not list TUM for summer 2022 yet. Can I choose winter 2021 and apply for VPD but submit my VPD scores for summer 2022 admit? On the TUM website it shows the validity of VPN is forever but with some condition.

Good day I want to apply to TUM for BSc in Aerospace next year winter. Part of the requirements are University Entrance qualification And since my High school transcript is not sufficient for entry, I want to submit proof of completion of 1 year of University as an alternative (I have completed my first year in my country) But my university does not give the students official transcripts. We can only get a student copy on our school portal. Can the student copy be notarised and be used instead of official transcript?

The validity of the VPD is 3 years.

Salam Bhai I uploaded all the required documents at uni-assist portal earlier this year when I applied to number of applications But, now I just saw my documents recently and I found that some documents are missing. And I cannot see every document that I uploaded, but only a few Like only 5 documents are there and I almost uploaded 15 documents before What should I do now?? I wonder where my documents have gone. Hallo, thanks for the video. Please let me know what is the difference between VPD and Annerkennung? Both are converting Indian grade to German grade. VPD is 'short-term' (only for Uni bewerbung); Annekennung is the permanent official life-long document of equivalency. Please clarify. Thank you.

For uni assist you can send all reagent documents once! Then the uni assist will transfer relevant documents to college😊

if it is online-only application then there is no need to. Otherwise, you will have to send all the certified copies by post. Browse to the university and check if they have online-only or not.

@@abcd-sr4ov You have to fill the application form in uni-assist. You don't have to upload it. After you have selected your desired course/programme, you need to fill the application form at 'To selection list' (it is a box like icon at the top right corner ).

For each university, I want to write a unique letter of motivation(SOP). For universities that have not opened their program yet, should I submit a new SOP in advance or can I update my uploaded documents and reload again for a new one? 2) Should I send the Application form offline also or upload a digital copy online only? I also have same doubt, and have'nt got clear answer from anyone I have also post this question on Bharat in Germany Facebook page, there are some people who are saying that 'select a course which you wish to apply for under summer semester and apply it. In the end it does not matter for VPD, it is valid for 1 year.

Vpd is just a document which you will get by Uni-assit you have to use that pdf while applying to other colleges. Complete Applicantion means uniassit will forward your application to prescribed university with you have applied for further steps (granting your admission or rejection)

After getting your VPD from uni-Assist you have to apply for TU Munich through TUMOnline Portal by uploading each document including your VPD. After applying you have to send Hard Copy of the same documents to the TUM through Post.

For uploading you can upload originals only. If u r sending documents then u need notarization. Notarization is necessary for all documents except your CV, LOM that's it.

@@princeprikshitkohli5734 you need to select Fachsemester. The other option is for if you're already a master's student and want to transfer to TU munich in the middle of your degree.

Notarising has to be done! In that way you are proving the document is Original. Notarisation is not for language conversion

you'll have to wait for at least 7th sem result, because most of the universities won't provide admission on 6th sem basis.

Due to the current circumstances, HAW Hamburg has switched to an entirely online process with uni assist for winter semester 2021/22, which means that you do not have to submit certified copies.

Can I apply to master just speak English?

Is CV really necessary? Document uploads will be done before or after payment?

@@bowie9516 Hi! I got reply from TUM. This below is what they said to me! : "You could also apply for summer semester for your VPD via Uni-Assist and use it for winter semester at TUM." So, we can just choose the latest one, like summer semester 2022, instead of winter semester 2022/2023! I am glad if this info helps you out a bit!
