what do you mean by "Any Magistrate u/sec 202 (1)"? Does it mean Judicial Magistrate First Class can take cognizance or even Executive magistrate?

I really appreciate your way of explaining difficult codes of CRPC in simpler terms. I have a question for you if you can kindly respond. I have filed application under CrPC 340 during proceedings of a title suit in session court because I have found that the plaint and the power of attorney are forged by 3/4 of plaintiffs. If the magistrate is sitting on the application, neither accepting or rejecting, can I proceed to High Court?

You can approach the High Court of your state. High Courts are supervisory courts of courts below it.

Sir my case is in sessions court. The accused is playing in the court by taking the case file and misplacing for delay tactics. Also they applied for transfer, stay, and unnecessary IA's for 420,379, 506.it is already 8 years over still not getting justice
