I think the CV1 Trackers have gotten so used to cerret's super fast swings that when he plays a slower level he has the most flawless tracking anyone has seen.

Did you use to upload videos with higher bitrate/different encoding settings before (a couple of months ago)? They used to look a lot cleaner, especially on 4k
