4:50 -- I so WISH McDonald's still had those spill-proof lids they advertised here!

I know this may be uncommon now but a week ago I had seen a 60s McDonalds commercial. I was watching a documentary on MTV that time.

The 5th one is the kids singing "McDonald's Is Our Kind of Place" based off of "Down By the Riverside". I've heard this on an episode of the "Addams Family" when it was played on a reel-to-reel tapes with recording that was off of TV. I've got all 39 of them off of eBay yesterday, and the audio quality was bad and it had a lot of distortion due to the recording which was using a microphone next to the speaker of a TV and record shows on a reel-to-reel tape.

Haha that's funny. My sister is in the fries commercial at 5:16. My brother actually got the job, but they added my sister to round out the family. Then they cut him because his head was blocking the fries in the window. Oh well, that's showbiz.

back when mcdonalds has good service , good manners, & good food , but now it's all about numbers , speed of service, get in get out over 50 years & mcdonalds is slowly declining

"McDonald's is a great place to gain business experience and a sense of responsibility..." Yeah, right...Maybe back in the mid/late 60s, and probably even then, it was no picnic...

What is perplexing to me is that they didn't even make the hamburgers look bigger, fresher, or better than they actually were (the way they do today).

remember when going to mcdonalds was a treat . when I was a kid growing up in the 80's we went to mcdonalds twice if we were lucky 3 times a year & I thought that was something

I never knew the Filet O Fish has been on the menu this long except noe more square & in the 60's looks more rectangular.

Now days they'll hire anyone. I like McDonald's french fries much better than Burger King French fries.

mcdonalds doesnt sell double hamburgers anymore, now its double cheeseburgers

People say "Cheeseburger", while I say Chicken Mcnuggets, I mean honestly, I would care less about eating cow meat, only meat I would eat is boneless white meat Chicken Mcnuggets (and yes I know they never existed yet).
