i actually think seokjin is the smartest in the group, his wit really shines in mind games and games where he has to act on his feet. namjoon's got the brain, but seokjin's got the wit. seokjin really thinks 5 steps ahead of others, and he uses psychology to understand people. he has high EQ and knows how to work around people. he's so calm during the game but in the end he shows his prowess. there's a reason why he's so loved at variety shows too, his wit is really amazing and quick. i love him so much.

Everything Jin does, he keeps it lowkey, most of the time he's doing it because he loves his brothers and he doesn't want to take away the spotlight but still no one can deny the fact that he's strategic and it comes out naturally. He's the hardest one to figure out because he has so much depth. We think we know him but what we are seeing is just the outer layer of his personality. He's a witty, intelligent, goodlooking, talented, hardworking, well-mannered individual. Wow 😂

Most of the time Jin doesn't take games seriously. That's what I observed. Most of the time he gives the spotlight to other members when he can claim it all by himself. Sometimes, it's irritating for me but most of the time i'm so proud and loving him more because of his attitude. But, still hope that someday he'll put himself first before others.

Joon excels in strategies. Like on Problematic Men, he’s excellent at planning elaborate schemes and understanding complex ideas. Jin is excellent in tactics. He’s quick on his feet and can improvise pretty quickly. You can see Joon struggles with people: he’s not super comfortable with affection, Jin complained several times he’s not considerate/unintentionally hurts others, he even said so himself in a 2015 interview that he tends to not understand others and unintentionally hurts them. Meanwhile Jin is incredibly gifted with others, always makes others feel welcome whether old or young by reading the atmosphere of a room. You can see he acts different to every member depending on what they need (reserved and calm for Yoongi, hyper for Hoseok, etc). Things involving the environment or people are things Jin excels in. Anyways, they’re both intelligent in their owns ways!

Jin is the type of guy you wouldn't believe exist. He's too perfect to be true. He's kind, witty, humorous, humble, full of manners and savage at the same time. He's wealthy right from the beginning. He can cook, he can sing, he can dance, he has a nice built, broad shoulder, has a symmetrical face, he is the world wide handsome. Jin is smart, he entered one of the nicest university in korea using his brains and all. He is the smartest among all of them. They said nobody's perfect, now JIN just proved them wrong. 😍

He is underrated and I don't know how ): He's well mannered and mature plus very nice! He shows that side when he knows he has to. His personality is my ideal type of best friend like I really want a best friend like him, he is very confident but can be very shy, he's savage and doesn't follow rules like, once he had to cut his hair so the hairstylist brought scissors and he made rock with his hand. But he knows when it's okay to break actual rules that will get him in serious trouble. He's playful to the maknae, and is the funniest in BTS like the 2nd mood maker in BTS! His singing is just 💜 he needs more lines in songs! He's so confident about his face that people called him stuck up but he's just joking well- not really he knows how perfect he is ): he once said "Sometimes I wonder what is perfection and realize I am perfection!" I love him way too much but that's okay. His visuals are better than everyone is BTS, he's the best in the K-POP Industry like just search "Jin handsome" you might die so search it at your own risk. Nobody is Jin or like him. That's what makes army so lucky to have BTS and all their members. 💜

He is highly educated as well and got in top universities on early basis in first try itself coz of great scores without any privilege, and even after getting masters he is currently persuading further degree in spite of busy schedule.

He works hard silently without showing off. Just showing the result at the end. The best example is his own life as an kpop idol. Hardworking SeokJin💜👑

Haha I wholeheartedly agree. When I saw Jin at first, I simply didn't like him as he seemed shallow and arrogant. But after a while I understood that he's a smart, goofy, sensible, responsible guy and surprisingly a deep thinker. His words are thought-provoking. He's a confident guy but doesn't take himself too seriously. He has off grown on me!

In my opinion, RM is very smart and yes his IQ is 148 and his memorizing skill is not a joke. Of course he can speak english fluently. But he is somewhat naive and slow witted. Sometimes it takes time for him to understand the game. But Jin is very smart and quick witted whenever he plays puzzle games. He always makes fun and never plays game very well. That's why people forget how smart he is.

Mamta G ya RM is more book smart n he does great with conceptual or logical puzzles n concepts but he finds it harder when it includes street smartness n social elements (like trying to read what people are pronouncing in a game for example, but he’s amazing if the game just requires him to mentally calculate things fast or solve an IQ puzzle). whereas while Jin is also good at puzzles, but his incorporates more of street smartness n is great at thinking on his feet in actual concrete situations, which makes him very witty, creative, strategic n resourceful - that type of intelligence is super useful n admirable.

Kim Seokjin the man with Beauty and brains!

Jin often wins in run BTS, but he did most of the punishments. Sometimes he did for other members, sometimes as accompany. One time he saw jimin had to do a hard punishment, so he offered to play with jimin, if he lost, he will do all those instead, and if he win, jimin will buy him some clothes. Everyone else was surprised why he wanna make that bet for just some clothes, but obviously he was trying to save his little bro. But unfortunately, he won again lol. But he still did the punishment with jimin. Thats the person Jin is. Though he hides behind jokes, he's sensitive and full of love and care.

Jin's personality is a mystery that I would like to solve! He seems so open but you can't read him at all... And that's because he has already figured you out and adapts himself to your comforts!

There's so much more to Jin than what initially meets the eye. Both me and my 10yo daughter are Jin-biased because we just love his personality - a gentlemen, caring, patient, nurturing, smart but always humble n downplaying his intellegence, good sense of humour, always aware n looking out for his teammates, a templayer, not afraid to show his weakness..etc..etc.. I know there r many who says he's less popular than the maknae line but i think he seriously appeals more to the higher age bracket fans who appreciates the different aspects of him, which r not found in the maknae line. As for appearance wise, his looks are well accepted outside korea even by non-fans...he fits the world standard defination of sweet handsome. I hope by now BH will finally give him the parts he so deserves

The last part gave me goosebumps like how can this man be worldwide handsome and worldwide genius! It's one of Jin's charms I should say and as my Bias. I was surprised to know he loves escape games as much as I do...

someone who fell in the kpop hole I love playing any type of escape but I prefer escape games that has a story line like murder, mystery etc makes you think and solve with no time limit. I’m not much of a fan of horror escape games. But any escape game that involves thinking critically and decoding like the one Jin plays, is really my type of game. But I’m not so good as Jin hahaha I think I play the easy ones...

He is the definition of perfection lol. He’s like a present from above XD okay all jokes aside, Jin is super good at analyzing things and reading people’s minds. Jin is really smart,he got early admission in a top notch university beating hundreds of applicants,only 10 will be chosen and he is one of them,we always hear about RM but Jin might be on par with him ,he might be a jokester but he is serious about education,proof is him pursuing his masters degree despite his busy schedule.He already started his business proving that he is looking for his future and carefully planning for the life when all of this fame will fade away( praying not for a very very long time) Fighting Jin.

Jin's smarts are tragically underrated. So often he's on a clear path to victory only to be derailed when someone randomly decides he's the spy, and his protests just convince the other 5 that he's guilty despite them having absolutely no evidence 😂 I love when he gets a clean, hassle-free win like in episode 80, it feels so vindicating! 💜

seokjin's personality is also so humble and kind, so it makes it hard for him to brag about it. most of the time, he likes to joke around and make everyone happy, so he doesn't care much about winning. he also has the biggest heart by not wanting to outshine any other members, like how namjoon is known for his intelligence, yoongi for his savageness or jungkook for his strength. instead, he stands outside of the spotlight to let his younger brothers shine instead. he works so hard and silently to achieve his goals and doesn't want to be in the spotlight. he lets the group shine instead. also, i remember how he donates a monthly sum to unicef without announcing it and he has already donated 100 million won and counting. he's a real angel who does good deeds in silence and hides his talents so others can shine more. if i dare say, he's the perfect idol with amazing visuals, singing and dancing skills, so many talents and have the biggest heart. aka the best role model ever, i love him so much.

i first saw jin and the comments that says he's not good enough or the weakest among the members but i dont see it like that he likes to observe first before he acts. He has a very rare personality. i thought for the episode 80 for bts run, jin only called hoseok and yoongi to create the vibe of him having the least card but he has the red star card. he knew he was going to win bcs he had everything (most cards,most votes, red star card) but he called hoseok and yoongi pretending he needed them to win. when he told yoongi he needed to change his card to heart at the end bcs yoongi agreed and at the same time it was announced the game ended, jin really makes it look like he had no chance on winning bcs he was whining at hoseok who was playing with the game man. if you noticed in the end jin did mention to yoongi "i wanted to change the cards first" at 10:14 meaning he wanted to show that he hasn't change the cards to hearts yet. hoseok was with the game man so he couldn't play the games with the game man. i feel like my understanding is different than others 😂 i knew jin won bcs he didnt have much screen time until towards the end and how he hide to play games i knew my bias made it

Jin is actually very smart and he is good at a lot of things actually. He just doesn't brag about it and he remains humble. Most people like to paint him only as the comic relief or narcissist but he isn't.

Yeah according to the member profiles Jin already has a master's degree in Film/ Theater. RM has a BS in Engineering, Suga has a BA in Liberal Arts, and Jimin has a BA in Film/Theater.

Hands down he is a real smart guy. Due to his look and at times hilarious and extravagant persona it is easy to underestimate him in term of wit. But fr, this dude has it figured it out. He understood his position, his value, and overall has a very level headed personality. He knows when to be charming, when to be funny, and when to be smart.

That's why he's my bias. He's kind of reliable man. 💜
