COMPETITIVENESS
COMPETITIVENESS is an indicator that measures the degree of satisfaction that our Product or Service gives the customer in exchange for an amount of money that we consider proportionate.
Although it is also valid today to say that in exchange for a minimum amount of money, it is possible to give back a minimum of expected quality and this is also COMPETITIVENESS.
The truth is that this concept makes a clear symbiosis with PRODUCTIVITY, only when we talk about COMPETITIVENESS we involve a very powerful variable that is called the MARKET.
In this video, we not only define the concept but also evaluate the factors that determine it and consequently, we will define alternatives that will help us to improve this indicator.

Recién lo conocí ayer 24/04/2021 y me ha encantado sus clases, en serio mil gracias, Yo estudio ingeniería industrial y estoy a poco de graduarme y querer aprender sobre gestión de calidad de productos y servicios, me ha sido de mucha ayuda... Llevo 4. Meses on un proyecto de calzado y esto me ayuda mucho, aunque con pocos recursos. pero sus videos son de mucha ayuda
