I am a Nurse, Actually napakadaming nurse sa Pilipinas nasa ibang industry lang kasi due to compensation and benefits saka salary. Nurses salary in the Philippines is very low kahit single ka hindi sya sapat sa daily living you must increase the salary of a nurse atleast 1500 per day for the 8hrs duty and for 12hrs duty atleast 2,500. For sure yan sapat na yan kaya parang useless ang hirap ng exam and license kong di rin worth it mag work sa sarili naten bansa. We need to be practical. Mahal namin ang Pilipinas pero ang bansa mismo ang nagtutulak samin to work outside the country.
This has been going for so long. In the hospital were my father undergoes dialysis almost all nurses assigned to the Hemodialysis Center that we met for the past five months have left due to salary( take home pay is less than 10K a month after deductions)n work load (10 hrs or more).
Kung magUSA po kayo, don’t ever go with Medpro. The only option is to buy out of the contract kung Hindi nio matiis sa facility na yun pero Medpro padin ang Makikinabang sa Inyo dahil kelangan mo sila bayaran for breaking the contract. So kung may car loan or home loan ka, good luck nalang. Pasanin talaga.kaya hard reality lang po, pumili po kayo ng matinong agency at kilatisin pong maigi.wag po magpapadala sa free ielts or nclex or sign up bonus. Ung nga pong instructor ng “free review” nila sa medpro, Hindi nila mapaalis or kung Hindi man dadalhin din sa ospital na walang kwenta. Walang Kwenta talaga ung agency na to. Magingat po kayo.

Pls OPEN your eyes 👀. Go abroad and earn 10-15 times - you’re earning in the Philippines

If that person was able to buy a house with just 2 years of being a nurse here in the USA she probably is married with a spouse earning a decent amount too and that nurse is probably working 2 full time jobs, no kids to take care or have someone taking care of the kids, and one thing for sure she is not or does not live in California more so in the Bay Area/ Silicon Valley where you can not even find a house less than a million dollar or rent a one bedroom apartment in San Francisco for less than $3000.00 a month. of course it all depends on so many factors, belt me my dear,we’ve had several years of experience having been in the States for more than 50 plus years, gone to graduate school with kids to take care and eventually have to send them to a decent school, but like I said their are lots of factors involved 🤓😌😌😊

no we are not mandated to serve the government. We were licensed there but they cannot and should not restrict our movement. I worked in the govt for 9 years, sad to say my salary was just enough for my family. I wasnt able to buy a house nor was able to give something for my parents.
Bat gustong-gusto nyo mag abroad? Walang iwanan Sabi Ng mga OFW pag si BBM JR.ang maging Leader Golden Era na. Giatay BUDOL Pala.
