I lost 25 years from 5 things: overworking, lack of exercise, too much soft drinks, and irregular sleep pattern ands exposure to polluted air in the city (Edit: I sleep too much so 50 years lost + another 10 because of other stuff + 10 from social connections which is 70 and an Average life is 70-80 years) and I’m over 10 so I would be dead already)

My grandpa sleeps almost 24hrs a day and he’s 96 yr and not dead yet
