im owner of 3 nano first is 2009 second 2011 third 2016 i just love this... 2009 has some problems in ac but 2011 amd 16 ar perfect till now...

Tata Nano is the best! Nano lost its reputation just because of the mentality and fake prestigious issues. Nano is the best car in its affodabitlity, mileage and the space. Its really disappointing for us all is " We middle class indians rejected Nano just because of sheer ignorance and wrong perception about it. It is one of the best car India has ever produced. If Nano launched in Pakistan it would be sold like HOT CAKES. We Indians as usual with fake status and prestige dashed Ratan Tata dream car for middle class sections. Shame on us.!

Nano is one of its kind. Cannot be compared with any other car. The objective of nano is affordability. Who ever mocking it with Nano should realise it's much better to own and be proud of. Just take a drive and comment on value for the money it offers. Definitely the body build is not safe for a crash and the engine is not peppy. But it offers decent ride. I own two of them. One 2012 model has done 96000km and still clocking. The new one AMT 2017 is also doing well. Both deliver decent milage 15 in city and 20+ on highways. Please don't mock an Indian effort.

Nano is the best, Good ground clearance, very easy to drive in hills with five people inside, good pickup, very short turning radius, good milage, lot of leg and head space, past three years iam using it.

Next stop: Porsche 911 vs. nano! Thrilling...

Nano is a worthy car in its price. It cant be compared with eon as the prices are vry diffrent.

TRUE, Nano is better than Eon. I have used it for more than 2 years and it has done so much work that it puts the big cars which are usually used as show piece to shame. I LOVE my NANO. Its fully value for money. My friends were surprised positively. There are a lot of people talking negative about nano without riding it so I wrote this to counter that. Hats off to Tata for a real innovation rather than making a me-too product.

Nano super car...people missed it....

Not a fair comparison as one is a small car and the other (Nano) can not be classified as a car. My wife's gets abysmal performance, (clutches per kilometer) the air conditioner breaks down every trip. On many trips it turned into a single cylinder car albeit with an alarm as well. 45000km and it's spends 95% of it's time in the garage.

Nano ( any Nano) must be a hatch- back. Nano going EV should also produce manual gearbox for hills. I am ready to buy one, if available other features like AC, power steering and power windows should be available. I bought a base model in 1911 and enjoyed driving till 2018 But always felt the need of hatch- back etc. So let me drive one now.

Im curious how bout if you have collision, who has better survivabilty. The nano has engine at the back right, who is safer between the two. I think in aeon you would broke a lot of bone and be critical, in the nano youre dead. But i like the nano compact looks. If nano ever get imported in my country here in philippines i would buy it for daily work commute in the city. Its small thrifty it has 4 wheels weather protection from rain aircon from heat. and driving spees in city is slow from traffic so collision woudnt be as fatal. At least its better than rickshaw

I would love to have the Tata Nano in the US. Would be the first in line to get one. If the US was not so freaking socialist, we could have it hear already. The side airbags do not save lives, they make cars too expensive for the average consumer.

Its hardly subjective to say that the Eon looks better than the Nano. The Nano looks like what it is, cheap. Not that its a bad car, the price is much better and many people in India simple can't afford the price difference. So, I think most people would rather have the Eon but the Nano is likely the more practical choice.

this is Bullshit on another level, first of all the price is an issue as well as the fact that if you have these cars there is no way you are gonna be driving like michael schumacher. the eon looks the part and has a solid feel to it the nano seems woe fully under equipped and the air conditioner breaks easily after maybe 6 months or so and that does not mean you can have it replaced fro free.
