Comparing the HPI Jumpshot ST V2 and the original
Ойын-сауық
And here is a side by side comparison, the old jumpshot, and the V2. They are calling it all new.. It seems more like "slightly improved". But that's OK, this was a good platform to start with.

Awesome comparison video👍
Interesting. Seems like not much has changed, but maybe the minor updates will pay off in a big way. Sure hope HPI comes back strong! 👊🏻👊🏻

I just got the Jumpshot SC V2 in.. we;ll see if any more has changed with that one
Lol love this video bro 🤘🏾💯
You sir are really good on camera👍 I agree with what you say about Horizon Hobby. How is this st holding up? Since they announced that the firestorm is officially discontinued, I am looking at another st that is still in production.
good comparison. ive never seen either one of those

I'm hoping HPI can turn themselves into a stronger presence in our hobby. Horizon, and Traxxas need more competition.

I agree. HPI was one of the strongest players in the game about a decade ago. My LHS had more HPI vehicles in stock then Traxxas or Losi about 10 years ago...but now, they don't have a single HPI in stock. I heard the are under new Ownership so let's hope things change for the better. I've owned a Vorza Flux and of course a Savage Flux XL and they were both good rigs...but I was always disappointed with the parts/service support. Seems like after Jang and URC forums shut down, HPI fans went away.

Now that's a namedrop! Jang was a top notch no BS source of information. He was nice and calm too, I liked that. His videos were a relaxing way to spend a little time. And avoid Horizon hobby, check! Last thing you want is any stress from worrying about parts availability, defeats the point of the hobby.
Take a closer look at the servo saver ..that was one of the things they changed

I'll have to take a closer look, that would explain alot. I didn't have any stuck steering issues in the v2 rigs
I am just curious if the new one would run faster than old one? The hip video looks so...
I have seen that with horizon Hobby's my self
The V2 has an New Metal Idler Gear: www.hpiracing.com/en/part/120113 It also has a harder material Rear Gearbox Casing, Differential Casing & Spur Gear. Tougher Upper Suspension Arm links, An Improved Servo Saver and a New 550 12T Motor
