Nice comparison. Just recently got a RR 2.0 in size 50. I was concerned it would be too big but it's almost identical to my old Reebok Premier Small, aside from the overall length from collar to bottom. I didn't want to size down because the sleeve length on the 50s are perfect for me, and the extra chest room is perfect for wearing hoodies underneath (I'm 5'8", thin for reference).

I have a blackhawks winter classic jersey thats a size 46, and the rest of my jerseys are size 50. I found the size 46 to fit well just slightly more snug around the chest and a tad bit shorter in the bottom and arms but fits alright . Im 6’0” 190lbs with a dad body lol.

Hate how there is no size 48. I'm 5'9", 175lbs. 46 & 50 both fit me but 50 is too long at the bottom and 46 is a bit short in the sleeves.

What stands out to me is how tapered the left side of the Rags jersey is, compared to bothe the Avs and opposite side of itself. I think this leads to most peoples complaints with the adidas jerseys in that the chest measurements are no where close to the tagged number AND tend to vary a lot! (yes im aware the sizing chart does does give the correct numbers versus the tag and that seam allowances are a thing)

I'm 5"4 140, should I get a 46 or 50? I seen someone compare a 50 to a Reebok men's small, the Reebok small fits me well

When adidas first came out back in 2017, I used to be able to fit into a size 50, but then some of the jerseys are not all the same size 50 if you know what I mean. Then I switched to size 52, and I feel super comfortable as I like my jerseys to be loose.

The only size that I have brought in Adidas jerseys is size 56 which is a 2xx and they fit me just fine and plus I wear everything 2xx in shirts and T-shirts

Thank you for the video! I’m trying to purchase my first jersey but the adidas sizing seems to be all over the place. I’m 5,6 about 160 and I’m debating between 46 or 50. Regardless of size the sleeves will always be long on me but I didn’t see much different with the chest. Funny thing the 46 seemed longer. Would 44 be too small if wearing a hoodie underneath?

If it helps I just got a size 50 and I'm 5'8". For me the 50 compares well with a Reebok Premier Small. The Adidas is slightly longer but the sleeves are perfect. Pit to Pit is a big longer but not super noticeable. It's best to try one on if you can, I've heard Adidas jersey measurements can be all over the place. At the end of the day though, on paper (the measurements), the 46 and 50 are more or less the same thing, with minor adjustments in the chest, sleeve to sleeve and the 50 is about 1/4 of an inch longer.

@@chomidore3 thank you for that insight. Yes i agree the adidas sizing is all off. I tried on in the store a size 42 even and it somehow fit me with a hoodie on and that one had longer sleeves than a 46 so it is all over the place.

@@bmoney3405 Yeah, hockey jerseys are naturally meant to run big. I'm not a big fan of the tighter jerseys. You could downsize to a 46 but the overall length is a hair shorter than a 50, and it would be tighter around the chest/shoulders. It really depends if you want to wear it loose or over a sweatshirt or something.

I just upgraded to a size 46 from a 44. 44 are still fine i just wanted more looser fit. I get real fussy about the sleave length. I will say i’ve some issues with adidas jerseys where the sleeves are not for the size show in the collar and same with the torso. I had got a white 44 Senators jersey from BenH and the chest/torso was a 42 , the sleeves were for a size 50..he ended up sending Pittsburgh’s 3rd jersey at no cost what a guy! I recently got a white Blues 46 from SportsK and the sleeve length is for a 42 and the chest is a 44..my Rangers Reverse Retro says 46 but the sleeves are for a 44. I don’t know how or why things get so mismatched. I’m thinking they’re in such a hurry to produce them that a lot of mistakes go unnoticed. Very frustrating for sure!

back is longer because in hockey your chest is leaning forward most of the time I guess so it pulls up the back of your shirt

I buy and have only ever brought size 56. The Canucks jersey I just got says it’s a 56, but when I place any of my other jerseys on top of it, it looks exactly like your first photo. Me thinks it may be a 60 with 56 tags

Ive had the same experience with the 56s and 60s, its tough because ive just learned to buyu the 60s buy default as id rathr they fit baggy than tight, but its WAYYY easier to find 56s

From my experience with adidas indos all jerseys fit differently… bought all my jersey from reputable sellers BenH,team stores etc. I have 46s that fit like 52s and 50s that measure to be 44s. Adidas really needs to fix their quality control. Best way to buy a jersey that fits is to actually try it on… can be hard bc in stores are more expensive than online….

I would personally say’s size 46. It would be a bit large I feel. Like you could probably fit a sweater on under the jersey. If you want the jersey to fit like a shirt I’d say 44!

Adidas QC is dreadful. I go for 54 or 56 and some fit tighter than others. I love them big and baggy so always go for larger sizes. I think that the awful bell cut doesn't help matters with the fit, such and terrible design

I'm 6'2 and 185 lbs with wide back and long arms. I know size 60 on Retro Reverse 1.0, too long, too wide on the bottom like a skirt on a dress... I like it baggy like players do for their pads... Should I try a 56 or directly 54? Thank you.

I wear a large t-shirt and found that the size 50 I just got is a tiny bit smaller than my Reebok M jersey. I'd imagine 46 is closer to a small-medium t-shirt
