one correction in sec 185 sir, in your chart you mentioned "L/G/S to Holding co ...." but it will be "L/G/S to director of Holding co.". It means company can give loan to Holding company but not to director of holding company.

Sir, in sec 188 specified limit of the given transactions i.e 100 crs or 50 crs. These limits has been removed or as it is same?

Sir i thought it's for ca final law but when i opened d book it's like a Teaser of CA syllabus

minimum 5 board meetings in the year of incorporation?,,, As per section 173 every co. shall hold minimum of 4 board meetings in a year so I think even in the year of incorporation it's not mandatory to have 5 board meetings as you have said rather 4 board meeting will suffice to comply with the provisions of the act. Correct me if i am wrong. I am really confused ..

As per your interpretation: Board Meeting (BM) Atleast 1 BM per quarter Acc to me as per Sec 173, every company should hold minimum 4 meetings every year... doesn't it mean that even if company holds 4 BM consecutively then will it be adequate compliance?

In audit committee public borrowing must be exceed 50 cr ..or more not be 50 cr or more... i think so sir.....🙄
