Sir, what you took at the start of a subject is termed as MOTIVATION in Teachers training and it's the main and compulsory (starting)step before taking up a lesson. Most of the teachers (99%) are NOT doing this, they just get into the title of the lesson and proceed. A perfect MOTIVATION sir. Kudos to you🙏 sir

Today, I watched your video and tried to calculate Debt/ equity ratio for Tata motors. Non current borrowings for the company is 14,776.51 cr Current borrowings is 6,121.36 cr So total borrowings is turning out to be 20,897.87 cr. Total equity of the company is 18,387.65 cr After calculating the debt/ equity ratio,I got 1.136. But, In the screener when I checked the Debt/equity ratio is 2.28. I am not able to understand why there was such difference, is there any mistake in my calculation?? Kindly clarify..
Your comparision really great compariso no one compare this type of Analysis...Thank you very much sir... Pelli koduku Pelli kuturu concept

Hi Sai garu, How investing on land worth when compaing to investing on equities? I am just thinking if we can get huge returns by investing on land which doesn't require much analysis, what is the point of doing a lot of analysis to invest into equities? For example, my dad has bought an acre of land for Rs.97000 in 1997 and it is worth now Rs.2500000 which is more than 15% returns as of now! Can we get this much constant return by investing in equities? Thanks.
