I love hearing the detailed technical breakdown of these scenes. I think you guys absolutely nail a clean and aesthetic look in these helicopter travel series! This one especially just LOOKED great. And it should prove that with limited space, gear, and time anyone can still get amazing results. Minute 7:24 when you talk about the light. It does not really necessary to match the outdoor light with the interior one simply because in a real scenerio indoor always has to be 1 to 1/2 stop down from outside to give it that natural looking, and you did a great job in getting it, even if it was not meant to.

I really like what you did in these shots, as well as with the aluminum foil, however, in my opinion, with the exception of the tent shots, in all of the rest of the shots the light is too hot. It washes out some color in the face and does not look natural. The faces are just a little over exposed, and though this is the first video of yours that I've seen I am under the impression that you usually do quality video shoots. Lastly, I would recommend in the tent that a more pleasing light could have been done by removing the soft box from the P60X and turning it around to face the tent, bouncing the light off the larger surface of the tent wall, and bouncing the light onto the subject. This would create a much softer light because of the size of the bounce, and would closer match the look of ambient light from outside. The set up you had appeared like you did not have enough distance to set up the light you used, which I believe was the case. Please take this as constructive criticism that may be helpful. As I began, I am just offering my opinion.
