निर्णय को सभी सिविल पेन्शनर पर भी लागू होना चाहिए। हमारे पेन्शनर संघ ध्यान दें।

भारत सरकार की स्पष्ट नीति है कि सरकारी कर्मचारी या पेंशनर के पक्ष में कोई भी लाभ केवल कोर्ट केस जीते लोगों को ही देना है उसमें भी यथासम्भव देरी करना या कानूनी या तकनीकी अड़चन डालना सरकार की पहली प्राथमिकता होती है जैसा कि हम सब notional increment के मामले में देख रहे हैं. मेरा मानना है कि pension commutation मामले में थोड़ा धैर्य से काम लेना चाहिए क्योंकि पंजाब-हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय से इस विषय में मात्र स्थागनादेश ही मिला है, final judgement आना अभी शेष है. तब तक प्रतीक्षा करना हम सबके हित में रहेगा.

सारे रेकॉर्ड गवर्नमेंट के पास है तो अलग अलग अपलिकेश कयो देने की जरुरत है

Bhai divorce case ka isse koi matlab nhi h. Kisi Advocate k pas jao kisi postman ki help b le lo. Postman ko malum hota h konsa advocate theek rhega.

Sir we have filed writ in this behalf. What you are saying in this is based on our stay orders by the honorable pb.&HR.high court. But on application for stay of recovery the Treasury office has no response. They told me that if govt.says then recovery will be be stayed.

The application & court order you show in this video are illegible they cannot be copied and pasted or snipped & pasted .if we enlarge the copied document it is illegible . make it a point to show para wise but in focus so that after many copies are legible so we can also send application to central pension paying authorities to stop deducting commutation amount . it is regret to say though i retired on 31st May 2007 my commutation deduction is is continued beyond 15 years ie on 1st June 2022 .

Recovery not stayed by Banks. Punjab Govt. not issued instructions to banks to stay recovery. Still it is news but practically not applicable.
