The City of Lima created a workforce development program that equips youth with experiences and skills necessary for today's workforce. Youth will complete pre-employment training and participate in the Internship Fair before being placed in a paid summer internship position. GenNext is open to youth 16-24 who are residents of the City of Lima and do not have a post-secondary degree. For more information, visit LIMAOHIO.GOV
